Be aware of this place, do not use your credit card. A couple of months ago I called them to find me a 2021 Mercedes S-class windshield, They said they could get me one for 750$ and would charge my credit card for 350$ to make sure I'd buy it. 4 days passed I called them if they had any news, They said they couldn't find that type of glass and they would refund my 350$ back to my credit card. I waited a couple of days for a refund, then I called my credit card company to dispute it. Today I see they sent some documentation to dispute it back. I'll take these criminals to court for credit card fraud. Charging clients with no service.

I contacted Brookly Discount Auto Glass Shop after an unfortunate incident that resulted in my front passenger side window breaking on my camper van on a Friday evening. Staff and service were phenomenal! Bisi was very accommodating, even waiting to close until I arrived Friday evening with my van. My window was repaired by early afternoon the next day on Saturday and they did an incredible job on the window replacement. The price of repair was extremely reasonable. I would very highly recommend this company to anyone in need of autoglass repair.

I went there to fix my car's back window.they took my money to order the glass. when I went there after waited so long , they said they ordered wrong item. I left my car and came home with my own expense. If I wait for next day I would do that atleast $50bucks less. They charged me more and didnt fix my car today.The worst place I have ever went in my entire life.. they are not the man in one word.They charge more and not professional at all. This place is very unprofessional save your time and take business else where. Speaking to the manager made things worse her attitude and customer service are not manager quality. I tried using this business to support black business and was treated worse then other establishments. This people are so unprofessional, Don't ever go there for glass tint, they don't know nothing about it, I had to go there 4times for doing my tint all over and over again. At my 4th time been there they have to rip everything off and refund my half payment after several argument that I'm taking them to court. Don't ever go there for glass tint. Had an appointment with Safelite that was cancelled hours before my window was supposed to be replaced. Called here, had an appointment the next day for under half the price, was in an out in 30 minutes. Examined the work when I got home and everything looked great, would highly recommend supporting this local shop over the national retailer who overcharged me and gave me much worse customer service.

This place ordered the wrong passenger glass when I gave the correct information. Waited for 2 hours before they worked on my truck. They took my door apart messing up my door Handel then they realized they order the Wrong window. This place got me in same day after I called upon discovering my driver window was smashed up from being broken into. I was worried it would be super expensive or inconvenient but nope, it was affordable and took only an hour of my day. They vacuumed all the broken glass out for me that was on the floor and the backseat and passenger side too.

I was so distraught when i found out someone broke into my car and smashed the window. it was one of the worst days and everyone i called couldn’t help immediately.
