Corona Auto Glass

This is one review that is my absolute pleasure to write. My windshield had cracks that resembled tree branches and just kept spreading. I did my research on different places I could have my windshield replaced. Of course the one everyone kept referring was Safelite, and I did give that great thought but was rebuffed by the price, (even when I opted to bring my car to them the price was still a bit much). I came across Corona Auto Glass on Google, and they had wonderful reviews, though I could not get a quote as it was Sunday and they were closed. I decided to give Corona a chance, plus they were not that far a drive from me. I arrived early and was given a price and how much, (I was shocked I thought it would have been more), I was told my car would be ready in an 1 1/2 hrs, I could wait in the waiting room. I decided to go home as I thought it would take some time. Within 45 mins I received a call that my car was ready. I was like WOW!! I went paid and picked up car. Windshield looked better then the original. I wish I had more stars, and always GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would suggest anyone make CORONA AUTO GLASS their first pick if you need to repair or replace car windows or windshield. 10 🌟s.

I was here two days ago (2/23/2021) to replace a windshield with a large crack. I came on the recommendation of my mechanic. The website had very clear instructions how to proceed with insurance claims, I followed the instructions and the process was as smooth as butter. (or as smooth as glass, hehe). They did not have my specific windshield in stock but they ordered it and it arrived that same day! Anyway, I am very happy that I did come here. The employees were very friendly and professional. They were very concerned with my comfort and making sure I was warm while I was waiting. They replaced my windshield in under an hour, and didn't give me any run-around with insurance or throw bogus charges at me. I just signed the paper and didn't have to pay a dime. Sometime Sunday morning while I was asleep, some scumbag broke into my car. Nothing was taken, but I had to replace the glass that was broken. Corona Auto Glass is only about two blocks from my house, so when I saw they had such great reviews, I figured I'd give them a try. I called, gave them the make model and year of my car, and was quoted $125 cash to replace the glass with a used one. I dropped the car off around 9:30, walked back home for a Zoom meeting, and by 10:45 received a call that my car was ready. I walked back over, handed over the $125 and that was it. No trying to get me to spend more money. No wasted time. And the people were respectful. highly highly highly recommend them.

Excellent experience here. They were great on the phone before I came in. Service was quick, reasonably priced, and straight-forward. I was surprised at the attention to detail as they vacuumed up all broken glass and were able to move the inspection/reg stickers, along with other accessories on the windshield. They also sped things up and added an extra set of hands when they saw that I was going to wait instead of coming back when it's ready. Overall, it seems like places like this are an exception to the rule these days and I'm happy I spent the time to find them.

These guys are the Kings of autoglass!! They replace my side mirror on my tractor trailer with a perfectly cut duplicate and installed it like new. On my second visit they fabricated an air vent cover for my truck's engine bay out of plexiglass! (My original vent cover had been previously damaged ) The craftsmanship of the plexiglass cover was absolutely professional! It looked like it came from the Volvo truck manufacturer. Corona Auto Glass will go above and beyond to meet your specific needs!!! I highly recommend them!!!

Spoke to Richard over the phone at Corona Auto Glass and he was courteous, attentive and quoted me a fair and nice price for replacing my Volvo door glass which I had already. I went to the shop and was greeted by Cisco who immediately set my car up in the shop. An excellent glass technician worked carefully and completed the replacement while I waited. Woke up to a smashed rear windshield due to a argument that my vehicle fell victim to: (. Called Cornona glass at 11 am spoke to Cisco and had car there by 12. WIindshield was repaired entirely. Insurance covered 100% since it did not happen in a accident. Cisco is the owner and handled my repair and inquiry professionally and gracefully.For my first ever issue like this he turned a very bad morning into a seamless experience. Best auto glass shop ever. Very friendly and quick responses even when you contact them through email. I called they had the glass ready when I got there and did the replacement and I drove home the same day. I worked with Dennis who did an excellent job for my car. I had an emergency where my driver's side window would not go up and I was panicking. Not only was it 20 degrees outside but I couldn't park my car anywhere while my window was down exposing everything inside for thieves! I went to Corona Auto Glass after a friend recommended them and they took care of me right away! Cisco was very understanding and accommodating. Him and his guys fixed the issue in 20 minutes! I couldn't be happier!
