WALLABEE AUTO GLASS

I’ve been using this car for two and a half years and have regularly parked it safely in front of my house, nearby, and even farther away. But nothing like this has ever happened before. Today is Thursday—and this happened so close to home! I felt deeply hurt and shocked—"Who could have done such a disgraceful act?" In any case, the damage needs to be repaired or replaced. Then I started thinking, “Where should I get it done?” Someone suggested going to City Field, and someone else recommended Atlantic Avenue. Suddenly, I thought of doing a Google search: “Window replacement near me.” I found 3 or 4 places within 1 to 3 miles. I also checked their ratings and reviews. Among them, I liked Wallabee Auto Glass. Just a 15-minute drive. I went there with my wife. There, I met one of Wallabee’s team leaders, Mr. Wesley. The rest is history. In just 40–45 minutes, Wesley beautifully replaced the rear side window of my car. Many thanks and heartfelt gratitude to him. Truly, Wesley is a fantastic professional. I strongly recommend him, his team and Wallabee Auto Glass.

First and foremost, Wesley was super respectful and punctual when it came to the consultation part of things. He told me exactly how much it would be over the phone and made sure it was good enough of a price before even going to the shop. I thought I got to the shop before him not knowing he was already on his way back with my replacement windshield. He told me it would only take an hour so I said I’ll come back. He said it would be pointless to leave because it’s going to be quick. I tell you no lies, I stood there and watched him replace the windshield in under an hour. Registration/inspection stickers, ez-pass and all. UNDER AN HOUR. I don’t even post reviews but I promised Pops I’ll leave him a good and genuine review. It was worth the trip!

Wesley is a life saver. My car window was smashed and broken into and it being a saturday morning i figured i was out of luck at least until monday. Went over and he put the order in right away, said to come back Monday morning he should have the glass. Went over, they vacuumed out the excess glass and installed the window. He even hooked up my side view mirror housing that I had just received the piece for and put it on for me. Amazing service, upfront and honest. Good pricing too - which i was even happier about. Thank so much!!!!

He’s truly the best—professional, responsive, and efficient. His pricing was very reasonable, and he replaced my window quickly without any hassle. He even let me use his vacuum to clean up all the broken glass inside my car after the repair, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend Westley if you ever need auto glass repair—he’s the man!

Last night, someone broke into my car by smashing the back window. This morning, I called the shop around 8am. Wesley said he would order the part and install the window when I arrived. Total installation took less than an hour!!! Wesley also made sure to vacuum up all the broken glass. He was extremely professional and courteous. The price was affordable, too. I'm so grateful I was able to have the glass replaced so quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this auto glass shop.

As someone who takes pride in their vehicle, I can’t recommend this shop to any fellow car enthusiast. I brought my car in for a windshield replacement, and they scratched and chipped the paint. On top of that, they still charged me full price. If you genuinely care about your car, this isn’t the place for you. It might be fine for someone just looking for a quick fix who isn’t too concerned about quality or attention to detail.

My honda Element window was stuck in the door and wouldn't come back up. I called and dealt with Westlee he was eager to help me. I was in and out in under an hour. Price was very reasonable. Westley did a great job he called around and found the part that I needed got it sent to us immediately and went right to work. I am definitely coming back if I have any other issue.

This guy is the real deal. Quoted me the lowest price out of several places I checked in Brooklyn. Replaced the windshield of my Acura 2020 and recalibrated it in under 2 hours. I was also pleased to see he cleaned the inside of my car when I picked it up. Very nice guy, professional and quick. Def recommend and will be coming to him for any future jobs.

My car window was broken by thieves so I had to get a quick replacement. Called Wallabee window replacement early on a Tuesday and was given a reasonable price and was told to call him back at about 11am to come by for the installation. Arrived a little earlier and he replaced my window within 1/2 an hour! Great service and highly recommend! Thanks!

If I could give him 10 stars I would. He changed my 2008 Toyota Camry Windshield within an hour and was at such a great price. His work is professional and clean. Loved the experience. I also got to sit in the back of my car while it took place and didn’t need to wait outside in the cold. Thank you Wesley. It was a luxury experience.
