Anthony has to be the most honest business owner I have ever encountered in my entire life. Had a cracked windshield on my leased Altima, was concerned regarding there being an issue replacing the windshield with an aftermarket part. Anthony literally had a quote for me for the aftermarket and OEM part within 5 mintues; he advised to go with the aftermarket part, and literally had the best prices available (mind you I was shopping around). Staff is extremely friendly and courteous, took care of us immediately after we pulled into the shop. They had us out of there within 15-20 minutes, with honestly some of the most professional work I've seen done to my cars. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, my only regret was not tipping more lol! It's honestly refreshing to be able to go to a repair shop and not feel like you're being hustled out of your money. Will recommend to anyone I know. Thanks a ton Anthony!

I parked my car overnight in Brooklyn and someone shattered my rear passenger window and stole everything I have in the car. I was extremely stressed, but going to this repair shop the next day and hearing that they have the exact glass for my car in stock is such a relief for me. They were originally located at 1063 60th Street, but they have moved to 2nd Ave 58th Street now. The new place is much more put together in a much better conditioned work environment, with even a waiting room for customers. The lady is super friendly and gave me a great quote for the repair. They were able to clean up a majority of the shattered pieces for me in my passenger seat and repaired the window within one hour. It was super friendly and fast service! It made my day much better! Thank you for your service! P.S. They don’t open on Sundays I believe.

I parked my car on the street overnight and a vandal smashed my trunk window and my rear passenger door window and robbed me. It was such a violating experience. Geico couldn’t get me an appointment at Safelite until a few days later so I called Platinum Auto Glass for help and they were able to get the parts I needed within just a few hours and have the car fixed and ready to go by the afternoon. I was amazed at the expedient and courteous service I received. While I hope I never have to come back, I absolutely would if I found myself in this situation again. If you’re looking for a glass service provider that you can trust, look no further. The price is fair, the service is polite and courteous, and the job was done properly. JoJo and Jeff are class acts and I am glad I was able to support this small business. You should too!

Very unfortunate, thief forcely open and shattered my car window. I looked and shop around for a repair. I spoked with the lady and it seems that this is the only shop that answered my questions, transparent and gave me a fair price for the repair. It was amazing that they have the right window for my car model. I requested for OEM and the lady was honest, responded that they dont have it and will call me back if they can order to dealership. But since i cant leave my car open in the street, i decided to go ahead and use the regular window. I came to their shop and met Jef who's very friendly and reassured he will fix the window. It takes and hour to wait and repair was job well done. I will difinitely come back to this shop in the future.

Jeff and Jojo did a great job replacing my rear passenger side window after my car was broken into. The first window they received from their supplier was labeled correctly but it was the wrong window so they couldn't know that until they went to put it in. Jeff and his techs were able to reinstall the broken window so I would be able to drive until the next day when they received the correct window and put it in quickly while I waited. Even though the problem was not his fault, Jeff was very apologetic and handled the whole situation very nicely. My car is as good as new. I highly recommend Platinum if you need auto glass. And the price was right!

Had a really great experience with them. Unfortunately a rock cracked my windshield while driving, but they were able to have my windshield replacement delivered in about an hour. They are transparent with prices and what you’re told over the phone is exactly what you will pay. Everyone was really nice inside and the actual installation took max 15-20 minutes. Absolutely a great and painless experience! Jeff provided a very fair price for my windshield replacement. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all the questions I had for him. The replacement took about 20-30 minutes. Within the next 3 days I was able to guarantee quality work because it was pouring rain nonstop for 3 days after being replaced. Highly recommend. I live in DC and come visit family in Brooklyn. I called a couple of places for a quote a few days ahead to schedule a windshield replacement for my Lexus RX350.
