Barry and the crew rocks. Some a-hole hit a barrier and caused the barrier to hit my cars rear windshield. I called Barry on Sunday and he told me I could drop off the car and have it sit over night because it was going to rain. I denied his offer, but it was really nice of him. Monday morning he texted me to tell me he had the replacement glass I needed and could get me in asap. The customer service was amazing, very respectful. He had all the information I needed and I didn’t even need to ask. The crew got me out in about an hour. I would recommend this place to anyone, family friends and all. S tier in my book, thank you.

These guys saved me this morning! I woke up to find my car window smashed by some jerk with a cinderblock and was especially panicked as I have to do a long drive later today. As soon as I spoke to Joe over the phone, I had a feeling I was in good hands and I was right. They live up to their name! Within two hours of calling, I was on the road with a VERY solid temporary window. As soon as I got him the VIN of my ten year old volvo, he was able to hunt down a replacement window, a tricky part to find. I'll be back after my trip to get it installed. If you're panicking about smashed glass like I was a few hours ago, call them. Their competency calmed me and my plans are entirely uninterrupted for the day. Very straight forward and clear with their pricing - this cinderblock incident is costing me wayyyy less than I was expecting thanks to this place. Also a plus that I'm a young woman who showed up alone and felt totally comfortable and never condescended to, as I've sometimes felt at other shops.

I always used to get my vehicles tinted here. I had my girlfriend go to them as it was the place I usually go to. She called the store and the guy said there is ceramic tint available and to come in as we specifically wanted ceramic tints. He quoted $350 ... when she got there, they said it needed to include tax even if she's paying cash (this was never the case) and he also said it was $350 flat - She ended up paying near $380 and left. She called back and said to make sure it's ceramic tints and he said that it'll be carbon as they don't have ceramic, and she's confused as she drove all this way to the store... and also there's a huge price difference between ceramic and carbon tints. He then said that the car is started on and can't be refunded, etc. I told her to just go in and cause a scene, and that's when they finally refunded it and the car wasn't start on. LIARS. Extremely disappointed. This was the go-to spot.

I got to my vehicle on Saturday to discover that it had been broken into. The front passenger window was completely broken out. I called around and found this place but they were about to close for the day. Joe told me the window could be replaced the next day and offered me the option to bring the vehicle over to the shop and have it stored there overnight at no charge. I was very grateful. The next day, I met his brother Barry who was also very nice and courteous. He kept me updated on what was going on as the person who was bringing the glass had some delays getting to the shop. The shop stayed open passed their regular business hours to accommodate their customers. The job was well done by Chris. The overall experience was magnificent! I highly recommend this business for your tinting and glass replacement needs.

Having your car broken into is hurtful. BUT, taking it to be fixed by 2 Hour Auto Glass was a complete pleasure. Barry and his team treated me like a patient. While busy (probably because they provide great service and are in high demand), Barry was able to arrange OEM parts for my BMW in under 24 hours. SafeLite however, expected me to wait 8 days. No exaggeration, replacing my front passenger window (and cleaning all the glass out of my car) took 1 hour and 15 minutes. Also, since I was covered under my insurance, all I needed to show was my insurance ID card, and I walked out without having to pay anything, they took care of it all. Great experience at 2 Hour Auto Glass. I called in the morning and spoke with Barry. Told him what I needed, a replacement window on the rear passenger side of a 2012 RAV4. He asked exactly the right questions and within a minute informed me they had my particular window in stock and told me to come in, but call in advance so they’d be ready for me. When I rolled in they were ready and I was finished in about half an hour! Price was exactly what was quoted on the phone and the guys who work there are very nice too.
