First off i had a panic being my first time someone broke into my car i went here to get service the man explained the window wouldn’t be available until Tuesday which is fine upon going home i thought that j can get service somewhere else instead of waiting for Tuesday being that i went in on Saturday i tried to contact the Manager the next day on a Sunday it was Mother’s Day didn’t get in contact with him the shop called me and tried to reach him then called me back saying he left his phone at home which isn’t my fault it’s his really bother him too much i called on Monday he didn’t pick up and then called me back and i explained to him my trouble and situation he was rude didn’t wasn’t to provide a refund saying it’s too late the order is already in and how he isn’t going back and forth with me and that i need to change up my schedule if i wanted my window fixed being that i have class and work throughout the week was tough i left class earlier on a Wednesday to get my window fixed i was greeted by his wife she was cool not too bad but the issue was with her she told me my window the button was broken when i know before any of this happened my button was working just fine my window was going up and down she called me to tell me the button is broken and that it was going to cost 5 something almost 600$ to fix the button the place overall was quick but service and how they treat customers unprofessional especially the husband Frankie freeman the owner and manger of shop

Would not recommend to come here for tints. The windshield tint had a rip in it and you could see that there is dirt trapped underneath it. The passenger back window has a whole bunch of bubbles in it. When I told them about it they said to being the car back. Brought the car back and they said that they can't do it now because of all the dust in the air. Was told to come back and I said nevermind. What pissed me off even more was when the put the new window in, it's doesn't even mimic the factory windows. So when they put the tint on the window, you still see the normal glass in the corner. I really wished they would've said that from the jump because I would've NEVER WENT there. This is what happens when you dnt want to spend $1000+ to get the factory glass. You get BS like this

I keep coming to this place for a recurring issue. My 2013 toyota rav4 ceiling leaks. I've read it's a common problem with some vehicles, mine in particular. It has to do with the sun roof. Something in the ceiling gets clogged, next thing you know, i have a swimming pool in my car. Unless i permanently seal off the sun roof, this will keep happening. Believe me, I've read up on it. It's not their fault. This place has fixed it 3x. They are quick and courteous. Best of all, the price is incredibly reasonable. They are not trying to rip you off. Toyota wanted $700. Another mechanic wanted $600. I paid less than $150. Yeah, these are my guys. Another plus, they have a clean bathroom. 😀

During our trip to New York, the rear glass of our car was accidentally damaged, and we needed a quick replacement. Auto Glass came to the rescue! I hope these photos are enough for you not to come to this place. but one more thing is that it was after they rearranged the glass that they had installed the day before, and it came off and turned out to be defective. You know, I'm so tired of being nervous, wasting time and money today that I don't have the energy to add anything here. just believe me, I don't recommend this place to you. I haven't heard the word "sorry about that" even once.... just excuses, higher prices for other glass, and much more. and now I somehow need to clean the interior of this black sealant....

Jess was so nice when she answered the phone and reviewed prices with me for my broken driver’s window. She immediately offered for them to wrap my car for free so I didn’t have to be with out a window while I waited. They also kept my car in a locked garage overnight so they could replace the window first thing in the morning. Excellent work & top notch customer service. The price of $260 was also more affordable than other places I called. I called them at 4pm on Monday and the car was fixed by 2pm the next day. Won’t ever be going anywhere else for glasswork !

I would not recommend anyone get their windshield replaced here. They replaced. my windshield with a windshield that had a huge scratch on the inside. They replaced it again with another windshield that had a scratch in the exact same spot. They second time they replaced the windshield they got glue all over the interior of the car and cracked the corner of the plastic that covers the bottom of the windshield. They are refusing any sort of refund and there is no way I would ever let them touch my car again.

Went in for a busted passenger side window on my Toyota. They scheduled me in for the next day and said they'll get it replaced within 40min, they were done in less than 30. Couldn't even finish my lunch. What I appreciate most is they were the only glass business that was open on Sunday. I had to drive from Queens to have them look at the corolla but it was worth the trip. They were able to schedule me 1 day sooner & get my front window fixed $200 cheaper than if I was to go through insurance.

This shop is the best MUCH prefered over Safelite, easy way to solve hard problem I had as my vehicle had some minor rust around windshield channel - the shop to repaired rust before replacing windshield glass - both done same day and the shop is GEICO approved site - the glass cost was covered by my insurance! Thank you so much! Will use again for anytime! Recommend.
