This place disappointed me. Bad customer service and not professional. I went to get my aliment done and end up having to do more to my car. At first I thought they where kind and honest. When they was done I ask how it went and the guy with the flashlight on his head didn't say much. Then when I drove home with my kids in the car I noticed my aliment was worse than when I took it in. So I messaged the guy and he told me he'll fix it and put on a tie rod I need with no charge. So when they finish I can tell the 2 guys wasn't happy with me and and made a comment say charge him $300 in Spanish like if i didn't understand and being disrespectful. And again I drove home and my aliment was still bad. Very unprofessional. This was my experience and I was so disappointed. Just be aware and careful with this place if you go. I purchased a set of tires for my car early July. I just showed up no appointment and they took my car right in. And they were done very fast. I took it back just a couple of days ago and they did the alignment again no appointment and again got right in no problem. The tires were a great deal and so was the alignment. I thought I needed sway bar bushings which they would've happily done but I was happy when they told me I didn't that they just needed to be tightened. I was grateful they didn't just do them anyways for the extra money. If this is the 5 star treatment everyone gets them The Brothers Tire Shop TAKES CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. Almost nobody does that anymore. Thank you so very much!

Took my car for a windshield replacement. Received the car back with the new windshield misaligned causing it to pinch a gasket, the glue seeping out of the edges and into the inside of the vehicle, my rear view mirror is all loose and rattles now. Would not recommend glass work by these guys. I went to explain the issues and was told it wasn’t their fault they blamed the glass for their faulty installation, said the glue is normal when it’s not supposed to go inside and was told it wasn’t their fault and they wouldn’t fix a thing.

Had a nail in my tire and called to make sure they had a used tire my size. When I went he said let me look at it and make sure if I can fix it I will. Saved me money and could have just sold a tire. I love the honesty and saved the customer the money when could have just taken the sale of a tire. This place has my business just for that reason 😌 as a woman I tend to get taken advantage of when it comes to car repairs. I love that thos was not the case here. I value the honesty and respect and quality of care.

I've gone here a couple times, once for them to replace my door glass and regulators on both doors on my 95 F150, and most recently with my 2013 Ford C-Max to replace all 4 tires. They had me back on the road in about 45 minutes and the price was less than half the cost quoted at other shops. Thank you for your professional and reliable service! We got a flat on 22 at about 6:40 pm, most tire shops are closed by then, but these guys stay open until 7. We called and they gave us a fair price on a used tire and stayed open past close for us to have time to get to them. They were super friendly and worked very quickly to get us back on our way. We really appreciate them and I highly recommend checking them out if you need a new tire!

I have only been here a couple times and tonight I was just as pleased as the first time I visited. They helped me repair a flat tire 30 minutes before closing and everyone was very nice and helpful. Had an amazing experience at this car shop. I recently bought a used car with tires that had little to no traction left. Called three different shops, they had the best price and were able to get me back on the road with 4 brand new tires, balanced and mounted within an hour!!!! Plus, the workers were happy and knowledgeable. Definitely will be a repeat customer. :)

It was 6:40pm and we got a screw in the tire. We found this wonderful shop was closest and called to see if they would help even though they closed at 7:00. We had to stop and put air in the tire and arrived just as the crew was ready to leave. They all stayed and chatted and repaired the tire in under 10 minutes. What a great experience and wonderful crew!

We are from out of town and got a flat on the highway. Even though it was close to their closing time on a Friday, they were kind enough to help us. The prices were great, much better than I thought they would be (and much better than some so-called discount places), and the service was top notch! I would give more stars if I could!!!!
