State Auto Glass

Over the last 5 years we have had 8 windshields replaced in various different vehicles and this is the only place that has let us down so far. Appointment was set for Monday got a call. Monday afternoon saying they could not be done until the next day was finally completed The next afternoon got the vehicle home to find the tint is nowhere near as dark as it should be and my brand new glass has razor blade marks Through the factory tent on the window And the tint has foam in between the tent and the window and is peeling up on all the edges this is 24 hours after installation.....UPDATE FREE WINDOW LOL 😆 😂 😅 Remember? You said that you wanted to get the tent installed on the window before the window went in but that didn't happen.... And that's why there's razor blade marks on the window I would think A blind man would have seen all of these imperfections Before. Installing it.But apparently I was wrong ....

Made an appointment a month ago for a simple windshield replacement. Dropped the car off at 10a. By 6p they hadn't even started the work. 7p they hand the keys over immediately after the install and send me on my way. Come to find out the car is supposed to sit for at least an hour for adhesive to cure but this was never mentioned. I chose this company because they have fair pricing and good google reviews, made a big mistake. Don't believe everything you read on the web!

A colleague recommended them to me and I can see why! They were super responsive and helpful in dealing with the complications of replacing windshield glass on a Subaru with Eyesight, and they had the best price of any place I checked. Natalie even picked me up from work so I could get to my car before they closed. The Eyesight is working peachy keen; such a huge relief to have to worry about paying to get it re-calibrated. Highly recommend State Auto Glass!

This is the first time I have had the need to replace my windshield, was recommended this Auto Glass shop by the dealership. Received bland customer service when I wanted to know what was going on with my claim, was told I would get a call back but they never took my number down, and I still haven't gotten a call. Super disappointed, took my business else where. I have heard other people have had great success here with Natalie helping them.

Worst decision going there . Waisted 75 dollars for a small simple chip repair and it still looks the same . I didn't even see her add any liquid to it . Usually a repair requires cleaning out than adding liquid hardner to seal the crack. Wanted to support our local shops but not anymore to this one . Could have done a better job myself but didn't have time due to family visiting. Oh well 75 dollars down the trash for me . Lesson learned.

Augi the owner is a great guy, fixes windows for cheap and is easy with drop off times using the key drop. I live in a neighborhood where windows get smashed a lot. Used state auto glass over and over and had nothing but dream results. Set up an appointment two days in advance, showed up a little early and sat there and waited for a half an hour. Didn’t answer phone and you can’t leave a voicemail because it’s full. But on the bright side I was able to call a few places and find a comparable quote they took it in immediately and it was only 3 blocks away 👍NegativePunctuality, Professionalism

I would not make an appointment with them!!! Plane and simple..they don't show up and don't respond to any form of communications.. calling, texting and voice-mails that are full so you cant.. no responsibility on things they arranged. Not to mention sitting there waiting for about a half-hour. P.S. I only hit one star so I could post...

This place is SKETCHY AF. I was concerned whether they could install the windshield and calibrate the lane sensors on my 2022 car & dude just blows up about it 🤬🧨. It was comical that his response was just rattling off a list of expensive cars - “I do Lamborghinis, Ferraris , BMWs, Maseratis, Mercedes, McLarens !!!” 😂 …

Refered a client here since I used to know this shop to perform great work. Not only did they not service my client, but took the $500 my shop paid for services and never paid the money back. No response after several attempts to try and get the money back with 2 months. Would not recommend this shop.
