I was referred here by the BMW dealership. I was worried that the rain sensor thing would not work after the replacement. Not only does it work but my car is cleaned up. I called them again because my elderly father who is a Vietnam vet and extremely set in his ways had his car vandalized. Several months ago. Every time I asked him about it he would say that he was getting it fixed. It was one thing when it was warm and dry but since it started raining. He had his car under a tarp and was stuck at home. I called Action Auto glass and they told me they would be in our area on Thursday and would stop by his house then. The guy (my dad said kid) was so nice to him and got the window fixed and he vacuumed. I so appreciate them doing this! I was so worried about him and I suspected that he could not afford it. Nearly four years later and Al’s Auto Glass is asking for a review—better late than never! My right rear quarter window was bipped while I was waiting to deliver a customer’s order outside Anjappar Chettinad in Santa Clara. This happened during the peak of the smash-and-grab incidents in the Bay Area. I called Al’s the next day, and they could’ve fit me in that same day if I had gone to their shop in San Jose. Instead, I opted to wait an extra day and had a technician come to me in Cupertino. They were quick, efficient, and had the glass in stock. What impressed me most was that it wasn’t aftermarket—it actually had the Toyota logo on it. The technician did make a small error, leaving the door panel slightly misaligned. But after I called, he returned the very next day and fixed it without issue. Just one more thing: they will vacuum the glass. I panicked when this happened and tried to clean it myself. Just let it sit.

A colleague recommended them to me and I can see why! They were super responsive and helpful in dealing with the complications of replacing windshield glass on a Subaru with Eyesight, and they had the best price of any place I checked. Natalie even picked me up from work so I could get to my car before they closed. The Eyesight is working peachy keen; such a huge relief to have to worry about paying to get it re-calibrated. Highly recommend State Auto Glass!

I purchased a set of tires for my car early July. I just showed up no appointment and they took my car right in. And they were done very fast. I took it back just a couple of days ago and they did the alignment again no appointment and again got right in no problem. The tires were a great deal and so was the alignment. I thought I needed sway bar bushings which they would've happily done but I was happy when they told me I didn't that they just needed to be tightened. I was grateful they didn't just do them anyways for the extra money. If this is the 5 star treatment everyone gets them The Brothers Tire Shop TAKES CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. Almost nobody does that anymore. Thank you so very much!

I had a great experience getting my windshield repaired at Windshield Replacement. I was able to get a quick appointment. Al was super nice and helpful. He was able to fill the chip in my windsheild instead of replacing it. The repair looks great, and now I don't have to worry about the chip spidering into the rest of the windshield.
