I was referred here by the BMW dealership. I was worried that the rain sensor thing would not work after the replacement. Not only does it work but my car is cleaned up. I called them again because my elderly father who is a Vietnam vet and extremely set in his ways had his car vandalized. Several months ago. Every time I asked him about it he would say that he was getting it fixed. It was one thing when it was warm and dry but since it started raining. He had his car under a tarp and was stuck at home. I called Action Auto glass and they told me they would be in our area on Thursday and would stop by his house then. The guy (my dad said kid) was so nice to him and got the window fixed and he vacuumed. I so appreciate them doing this! I was so worried about him and I suspected that he could not afford it. Update! STILL AWESOME! Just use them again for a broken driver side window, a smash and grab in a Salem parkade. They did an excellent job, wish I could say the same for the responsiveness of my glass insurance. I went to Action Auto Glass today for a repair on a piece of windshield molding which came loose during high wind drive thru the Gorge. They repaired it right away, I was in and out so fast, and they were friendly and competent and I am so very PLEASED! I will definitely continue to give them my business! Was driving with my son when the seal around my Safelite installed window begun flapping. They were close by and when I called they said come right in. Even though they had two other cars they were working on, they took the time to fix my seal. It's a temp fix but I'll be back to have them repair it. Since it was a temp fix and only took a minture they didn't charge me anything. Who this day does that? Someone who genuinely cares about helping someone, that's who. After speaking with them I could see they knew a great deal about the trade. A lot more than the Safelite guy with a whole 4 months of training.

My husband previous used Action Auto Glass for a replacement, so when I developed a chip in the windshield of my RAV4 that grew into a crack, I reached out. They were able to get me in quickly, advised me of what to communicate to my insurance, and ordered what I needed. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and personable. They went above and beyond what I expected, and I’m very happy with my new windshield. We will definitely be returning the next time we need glasswork done.

Excellent service. I had them come out to my house when my trucks windshield was cracked by a rock. It took about a week or so. I then had issues with a defective windshield or improper sealing so I had some water leak through. They immediately scheduled me in for the next day. They took care of the issue right away. I called a few auto glass places with either no answer or a promised phone call back before being referred to Action Auto Glass. I am so thankful I was referred to them! Absolutely horrible service. The two gentlemen working on my car had no idea what they were doing. I had to return to them three additional times because they installed my windshield wrong and scratched my hood. My running pieces along the sides were installed incorrectly and ended up costing me a couple hundred more dollars to correct their mistake because they denied everything. Very unprofessional and and untrained group of people. DO NOT USE

These guys offer Nordstrom like customer service with quality as their main motivation. Instead of rushing to get my window fixed and collect their money they took the time to ask me to come back when it was cooler so they wouldn't run the risk of making my window worse, and thus costing me more. So rare to find a business these days that understands that happy loyal customers generates more business and creates long term success.

My rear view mirror detached from my windshield while here visiting family from out of state. I called and visited two other auto glass shops in the area who were unable to reapply the adhesive and attach the mirror for one reason or another. I pulled up and Bailey was right there to help and had me back on the road in 10 minutes. Very friendly and professional, I will be recommending them to my family members in the Salem area.
