Net Auto Glass

Fellow Drivers and Auto owners...I wanted to take a few minutes to describe the business, owners and staff. I had an unfortunate situation Friday afternoon with a rear crew cab window being broken out from young vandals and thieves...I know...hard to believe it happens in Columbus Ohio...That's a different story though...I had reached out to get an OEM replacement. I started with the very Large Glass company that begins With S......ends with an E and sounds like Safelite...They scheduled the appt for Monday afternoon, but informed me that it was aftermarket. I was wanting OEM, which moved the appt to Thursday. I couldn't wait so decided the Monday appt would be fine. It was a 2022 GMC 3500 Work truck. As we switched back to Monday, the customer service person stated the appt was gone for Monday. The earliest they could install any glass is now Thursday 6 days later. After several calls, looking for an OEM replacement; I found Net Auto Glass had one in stock. The owner asked how soon I wanted it installed..Me, being a little sarcastic, said 10 minutes ago. He asked how far away I was. Letting him know I was 22 minutes away-he said come now...Remind you it's now Friday at 3:04pm...Every other Glass company was looking at next week, GM dealerships were backordered...They were willing to stay open later to help me out in time of need (more like desperation) I arrived, and was informed by the owner, the glass wasn't in stock but 25 minutes away. He already sent his tech to get it. I was skeptical for a moment, but he assured me it would be OK... I had nothing to lose at this point. The glass arrived 10 minutes later. He showed me it was a perfect match by holding it up to the other door glass. It was perfect!!! They had it installed within 45 minutes, verified the glass tracked up and down perfectly... Everything was fantastic. As a small business owner myself....Very pleased! Please, Give Net Auto Glass a chance. Don't even call the other big companies with an S...They have a customer for life, even though I hope I don't need them again. But life happens. They also repair chips! They took care of another customer who called after me. She was delighted and they charged her less than half of the S company- Yes she called and was told over $270 to repair it by the S company.... Give them a call 1st next time you are in Need... Thanks Net Auto Glass! I only left a 5 Star review, because I couldn't leave 10...

I loved this place! The owner was wonderful. I needed to have a new seal on the windshield of a 2008 Nissan. He has worked with the glass industry for a long time and talked about the process they use and was clear about the chances of the glass breaking when trying to remove the windshield. The glass came out without a problem and they were able to put the new seal on it perfectly. The window and new seal look great, and it didn’t take long at all! The price was so much better than other places. On top of that, when the car was ready, I told the owner I was only five minutes away, but I wasn't sure when I could get a ride to pick it up. I had an appointment at the house for an appliance, so I couldn’t leave until they were done. He then offered, because I was so close to their location, to drop off the car for me!!! Great place, great price! I highly recommend Net Auto Glass. I will certainly go back if I ever need anything glass related done on any of my family’s vehicles.

I recently had a fantastic experience at this auto glass shop. After being told it could likely not be repaired and receiving a quote for a full windshield replacement elsewhere, I decided to call last minute after I got of work about a chip repair. Despite it being just before their 4 PM closing time, the owner warmly invited me to come right over. Upon arrival, I was impressed by their kindness and personable demeanor. Not only did they stay past closing to repair my windshield, but they also did so without any attempt to upcharge. The repair itself was flawless, and to top it off, the cost was a remarkable $150 less than the quote I received from Safelite for the same repair (not the replacement quote). This level of dedication to customer service, combined with exceptional value, has earned my complete trust. Without a doubt, this will be my go-to shop for any future auto glass needs, and I will recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you for the outstanding service!

I had a great experience with NET AUTO GLASS! They were professional, friendly, and very accommodating. As a small business, they really go the extra mile—when it looked like they might not be able to fit me in on my day off, they even offered to come pick up my car. That kind of service is rare and really appreciated. Highly recommend supporting this local business! I forgot to mention in my original review that they actually had my windshield in stock, which saved me a lot of time. I’m not super familiar with all the calibration stuff, but I do know that if I had gone with one of the big auto glass places, I probably would’ve had to make a separate trip to the dealership just to get it calibrated properly. These guys handled everything in one stop. They’ve got high-quality, top-of-the-line equipment—definitely the latest and greatest—so I felt confident everything was done right the first time.

My vehicle was involved in a “Smash and Grab” incident on the premises of my Jobsite. Within hours of the incident and after several calls to multiple companies , I decided to go with Net Autoglass. During my virtual quote the owner was pleasantly assuring that my car was in good hands for a great price with same day service for 2/3 of my windows! I was particular on the type of glass I wanted installed & they also was able to provide that for my vehicle. The staff was very informative on parts & services to repair my 3rd window. The establishment was very clean, welcoming, and everyone was very polite during my service, which took less than 45 mins. I would recommend anyone looking for glass services to come here!

Totally impressed a hand shake from this guy and his crew is honesty integrity and backed with quality. Had my rv windshield done in amazing time needed by weekend had it ordered completed in 3 days this was a quick response for rv windshield told by different companies it would take a few months so I put off till it cracked upward and had to get it done after talking to net auto glass seemed to good to be true but was assured he would do what needed done to get it done and kept me informed through it all still can't say enough 5 star across the board.

This place is TOP NOTCh.. I gave them the info on my Kenworth T680 truck and witing the hour they had me inside the shop to replace my windshield. Danson the owner is a down to earth person, he made my wait time which was not long at all a very good experience. I was out of there in less than 90 minutes with a new windshield. This place deserves 10 stars but Google only allows to give 5. So remember if you need a windshield give Danson a call at NET AUTO GLASS in Columbus OH. You will be very pleased just as I was.

I had an amazing experience with Net Auto, I went in to get my window replaced and ended up getting my windshield crack fixed too all for a great price and done the same day. The staff were incredibly friendly and understanding, and they really go out of their way to work with you. The location is clean, with heat, seating, and a restroom while you wait, plus it’s close to stores if you feel like taking a walk. As a new driver, this was by far the easiest car repair experience I’ve had.
