I reached out via text message to the number listen on their Facebook page at 11:47am. I was had a response and answers at 11:48am. Not even kidding. Dude was VERY responsive and SO helpful and inviting. Never felt like a stranger and much more personable than any big business would have been. I had the pleasure of working with Jeremy for this replacement and he was amazing. Immediately upon arrival, Jeremy was very grateful and appreciative for the business and that made me even more excited about choosing them over a place like Safelite. Before working on anything he was very informative and detailed on what his process was for the whole replacement without my asking which was reassuring to say the least. The price was better than I would have paid anywhere else and he came to my job with no extra fee. He’s even coming back tomorrow to replace my coworkers windshield who was quoted hundreds of dollars more than Jeremy did. Outside of doing the windshield replacement, he even noticed I had a scuff on the side of my car and took it upon himself to try and make that better. The man sees a problem he can fix and without hesitation is swooping in. I can’t say enough about this business. Definitely recommending to everyone that needs it. This is without a doubt my now first choice in Auto Glass repair. Thank you Jeremy for making a great experience out of a sad accident.

Anytime you have to call a company like this, it's not a good day. A rock kicked up from a car ahead of me and chipped the windshield on my new car. With a 1K deductible on my insurance, I was freaking out about the cost. Not to mention that the weather change and frost this week could cause it to spread. I called 3 places for an estimate and only 1 called me back within the day-Ohio Mobile Glass. He came to my work the very next day and sealed it up so well that you can barely see where it happened. Im going to post before & after pics but I couldn't even get an after pic with the spot visible. He done an excellent job. He was also very friendly and professional. I'm the most awkward, introverted person ever, but after talking with him for only a few minutes, I felt comfortable & at ease. The price was more than fair and affordable. I would definitely recommend him to all. An added bonus that this is a small, local business versus a large corporation.

Contacted Ohio mobile glass a few weeks ago. My car had a leak in the windshield in the top passenger corner. I was originally wanting to see if it can be resealed, however, after speaking to the company, he said that he could try to reseal it, but no guarantees and I can understand that. He was really straightforward and honest with me and I really liked that. I opted to have it just replaced. He gave me a very fair price and I asked him to give me a couple weeks and I would get back to him. Well, the two weeks has passed and he came out today to replace my windshield. I had to work so I parked the car in the driveway and he spoke with me over the phone and through text the whole time he was doing the job. Got home from work looked at the windshield. I was very pleased. It was very professional and nice. Clean job. He asked me to give him an update on the leak when I find out how it is. I highly recommend this company!!!!

I 100% recommend Jeremy at Ohio Mobile Glass. He goes above and beyond to support customers. I have been an unfortunate victim of the recent car break ins while staying at a Columbus hotel. I needed an immediate repair as I am not from the area so I had nowhere to park my truck to keep it secure and protected from the elements. Jeremy returned my message request immediately this morning, and had my truck fixed before 1:00 pm. It would have been sooner but I was tied up until noon. ALL the other glass companies said tomorrow or even next week. Not only was the repair quick, he cleaned up the broken glass, it was perfectly completed and cost the same as my insurance deductible. If you need a glass repair done right, right now, and at a fair price, call Ohio Mobile Glass!!! Attached are the “before” photos. The after is just a normal truck photo so I didn’t post it.

Not a great experience with this business. I contacted them last Thursday and got a voicemail. They did text me back quickly asking for details to provide a quote, and mentioned they weren't sure if my star chip could be repaired that pressure may cause damage, wanting my VIN for a full replacement estimate. After almost four days of silence, I'm pretty frustrated with the lack of follow-through. What's worse, I was able to get the small chip (smaller than a nickel!) easily and professionally repaired by another company. It feels like they were trying to upsell me on a full replacement unnecessarily. Definitely wouldn't recommend based on this poor customer service and potentially misleading advice.

I was on the freeway when my hood popped up and smashed my windshield. The windshield was completely shattered and the car sustained heavy damage on the top of the frame. Every other companies were telling me they couldn't do anything unless I get the frame fixed until I reached out to Ohio Mobile Glass. Jay and Jeremy are hands down the best out there. There's a reason why they've gotten plenty of great reviews. These guys are truly professionals and very proficient at their job. They helped get my frame halfway decent without the need of me spending thousands on a body shop and they installed a new windshield all in the comfort of my driveway. Thanks guys!

TLDR; Cheaper than Safelite but better quality This is my second time using this service. First time was to fill resin in a chipped windshield from a rock that hit me. Jeremy repaired the chip and it held up for a couple years, until the same thing happened again on the highway last week, but worse! I contacted Jeremy, he got back in contact with me same-day about the job and pricing. He came right to my house the next day and replaced my entire windshield in under an hour, just beating the incoming rain. Pricing was incredibly fair, way better than safelite. 10/10 will use this service every time a rock flies at my car.

Jeremy is awesome and I'm so glad I found his company. He does terrific work at a great price. He's easy to coordinate with and enjoyable to chat with. He came to me to replace my windshield and was really flexible finding a time to work in my garage-less driveway despite a rainy week. Not long after, a rock hit my new windshield on the freeway. He saved the day by squeezing me in between appointments to seal the crack. Amazing service!! Jeremy was referred to me by a friend after my windshield cracked. Reached out and he gave me a quote in minutes. I had him scheduled an appointment a week out due to my busy schedule but after seeing the crack got worse I tried to see if he could do it sooner and he went above and beyond. Due to my busy schedule he offered to come to my work place and do it while I worked. He was super professional, polite and knowledgeable, he explained the whole process to me. He did it all in within an hour and it all looks great! I would def refer him.

Had a great experience with Ohio Mobile Glass. I was going to use the big name Safe guys, but wanted to support a local business. Made a great decision because Ohio Mobile Glass was quick, professional, and did an amazing job on my jeep! The trim around my Glass was messed up so it was leaking a lot of water. They had a solution to fix that up and the Glass looks amazing. All done within 1 hour at my location for a better price than those SAFE guys. I would recommend this team again, and will use them for my auto glass needs. Thank you!
