I was very pleased of the service i recieved from this company. Cameron was my tech and came straight to my work to do my bmw windshield! i picked up a crack in my windshield on my way to work in the morning and needed it replaced asap. The appointment process was very easy. I filled out my info on the website and within an hour i got a call and text message to verify what type of windshield i was getting and total cost of everything. If you want a company that will do above and beyond for your windshields i recommended them to anyone that needs work done! Once again thank you for making my day so much better! its like it never even happened.

We had a great experience with Trent on a rainy Saturday morning in Columbus in a hotel parking lot. After a terrible call experience with Safelite, we found Fusions # and called. He was very helpful and immediately found a replacement glass for our 2017 RAM front passenger door which was broken out during the night in the hotel lot. In less than 2 hours, he was completed with the installation even while it was still raining including using a vac to clean the inside of our truck too. We have family who live in Columbus and I have already passed Fusion's contact info on to them. I'll recommend them to anyone who asks me in the future.

I had an object hit my windshield during my commute home on 270 causing a pretty big chip. Safelite couldn’t get me in for a week. I found Auto Fusion and reached out for a quote that evening. When I woke up the next morning, I had a text message with the price (less than Safelite) and a way to reach out to schedule. I was able to get scheduled the same day and Trent came out to my home to fix the windshield. He explained the process thoroughly. He did a wonderful job filling the crack and it’s not noticeable. I would recommend Auto Fusion to anyone needing quick and quality window repair or replacement.

I was driving & noticed a small chip in my windshield. I googled places that could fix it. Of course, Safelite came up. I went online & booked the first appointment to come to my location- which was about 10 days away. I looked into going to one of their locations, but there was nothing very local & it was still over a week wait. I was concerned that if I kept driving with it, it would spread. So, I googled again. FUSION AUTO GLASS came up. I filled out the online form to request an appointment. Someone texted me immediately. They were able to come the next day. I was traveling for work, so told them my neighbor could give them my keys. They said it wasn’t necessary. They didn’t need to get into the car. They gave me about a 4 hour window. I asked about payment, assuming they’d need a credit card. They said they’d text me after it was done & send a payment link. I explained I’d be in meetings-and may not get the text immediately. They were fine with that & still didn’t require a credit card. It was so easy! They sent a text with a photo of the fixed windshield & a payment link. I clicked & paid with my credit card. It was also $60 cheaper than Safelite.

I can not say enough good things about Fusion Auto Glass. My car got broken into at 2am and my rear window was completely gone. I was frantically making calls/inquiries from then until 5 am. It being a Sunday and President's Day the next day, I was not hopeful that I would get a window before making my two hour trip home from Columbus on Monday afternoon. Fusion Auto Glass got back to me at 9am on Sunday with a quote and was able to schedule me for first thing Monday morning. They came right to the hotel I was staying at and installed it right there where I was parked. It took them less than 40 minutes and I could not be happier with the result. Cameron and Trent were extremely friendly, understanding, and professional. The price was about as cheap as I could have hoped for, especially knowing that my money is going to a small local business rather than a corporate one. I can not recommend Fusion Auto Glass enough.

I was very impressed with Fusion Auto Glass! I contacted multiple companies on Sunday morning about a passenger window. It wasn’t completely smashed through so I didn’t deem it an emergency, but I did want it fixed ASAP. Trent from Fusion got back to me within the hour and made an appointment for Monday morning. Fusion came to my work and got the glass replaced exactly when they said they’d be out and at a reasonable price. Honestly, I hope I never need to worry about repairing a window or windshield on my vehicle again, but if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Fusion or recommend them to anyone I know!

My husband’s truck was broken into this morning while he was at work. He needed it repaired asap. When someone busted out my window in my car i didnt know what to do. I was devastated but knew i had to get it fixed. The thought of doing it myself did occur but I knew I needed a professionals touch. They were able to come out next day and get the job done. They took care of everything from vacuuming the broken glass to installation and cleaning of the new window. I dealt with Cameron and Trent and they were amazing. Lightning fast, quick to action, and fair pricing. I highly recommend them and will continue to use there services for all my glass needes.

I found fusion auto glass on google and gave them a call, they came out the same day within 3 hours to replace my car windshield. I have a brand new car so it has a lot of safety features in the windshield so everywhere I called told me almost double what fusion charged me and they recalibrated it as well with no issues. This will be my first call for any auto glass repair or replacement in the future. Great company and great team they keep you updated on everything. I highly recommend them.

It Pays To Stay Local I had a smash and grab happen on my rear passenger window. I made an appointment with a national company thinking they’d have everything I needed. They did not. Fusion Auto Glass was prompt and confirmed my replacement needs and that they had all parts needed to complete the job! Plus their price was lower than the national brand! Sometimes it pays to stay local and this was one of those times. Great work Fusion! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!
