These folks replaced the broken-in passenger side window on my 2013 Scion. The first window they replaced it with was the wrong color (blue vs green tint) and the tech didn't replace the sound-deadening panel in the door when they put it back together. After a few days, I decided to reach out and ask that these issues be addressed. The owner (I believe) downplayed my concerns when I came back in to show him the problem, but (to his credit) did agree to try to resolve the issue. After making a lot of effort to find the right window color for my make and model of car, they swapped out the glass and replaced the sound deadening panel. Overall, I really appreciate the work they did to find the right color of window, and would certainly go back to them given: the ultimate quality of work they rendered, how hard they worked to find the right color window, the speed with which they repaired the window and panel when I went back, and the price point (don't go to Safelite, they price gouge). [Of Note: The gentleman who sits closest to the office door is awesome. He is welcoming, respectful, honest, and straightforward. He was enjoyable to work with and I felt respected as a paying (female) customer with basic knowledge of car door windows and sound panels - especially compared to the person I dealt with initially (seemingly the owner), who tried to convince me the window color was the same as the others at first. Thanks to the guy who sits near the office door - I appreciate you!]

After getting my truck window smashed by some thieves, I searched Google for some options. I went with the first one listed on the search and booked a time to replace the following day. About an hour later, I got a text saying they didnt have the glass in stock and would have to postpone for a few days so they could locate the glass. It's my work truck and being down that long wasn't going to work, so I went to the next company on the search and found AGN. I'm very happy I did. They were able to come to me the same day and the cost of the window was half of what the other one charged. HALF! Jim, the technician who came out to replace the window was awesome. Friendly, fast, and very knowledgeable. Don't pay for somebody else's huge advertising budget. Just come here and deal with fast, friendly service at affordable prices.

This place is absolutely amazing. My truck was broken into lastnight and my wallet, debit card were taken and my window shattered. Had no clue what to do I called AL Taheemi and said "I have 100 cash and not sure if you do this but I get a new cars next week and can pay you for fixing my Window. Without hesitation he said " my brother don't worry about the money I want to help you. You can send it when you get it, I was floored. He was missing a part after coming here. He left and went an hour away for the new part and came all the way back and fixed my window! Wow amazing doesn't say enough. Go see them. This stuff doesn't happen. Thank you for making my weekend

My truck was broke into at Polaris Mall around 7pm - We came out to glass everywhere - we called Safelight and they quoted 560 and would be 5 days out. I found these guys via google, and requested a quote at 9pm- Mike got back to me 15 minutes later and said they could get to me next day for a better rate! Dude was on it! They showed up next day, vacuumed out any remaining glass and replaced the window. These guys are professionals- using random services can be sketchy but they showed up in a branded van, was super professional and knocked it out in under an hour. I cannot recommend them enough. They will be my go to company moving forward. Good job guys!
