I have had windshields repaired here at low prices auto glass. My last two replacements one on my car and the other on my truck were absolutely perfect from a customer support perspective. I was greeted at the front desk by Kylie and she was pleasant and courteous. She helped look up prices for my windshield and to my surprise they could also replace the side view mirrors as well. She quickly looked up the prices and gave a quote. I happened to have needed a windshield replaced on my 2015 kia optima and it was taken in immediately and completed in about an hour. Upon leaving a technician noticed my backup camera came loose and he volunteered his time to help adjust and mount properly (great customer service). Those prices are fair. And the service is good. I would recommend using low price auto glass for your next windshield repair

I brought my mother’s vehicle here because our hometown does not have a place that replaces windshields and I live in Columbus. The day we brought it in we got approximately 15 minutes down the road and the windshield was shaking and there was a gap above the review mirror. I called and we turned around. The guys jumped in right away but we did overhear that one of the seals wasn’t secure. They told us to leave the tape on for two days. Got home and let it sit in a covered garage for over a week and then took small drives around. When we took it back to my moms (2 hours away) the gap was back and wind coming in shaking the windshield. I called them and they said they would not do anything unless I brought the car back. Explained again it was 2 hours away and the windshield was shaking and I was not having my mother drive it back. Asked for a refund on a place closer to her on a reseal and they told me no. There is water in the headliner from the gap in the windshield that is also being checked for damage. The staff then tried to say that because of rain and the time I had to turn around, that the car was fine when it left. Implying that I was able to damage window seals. (I worked in the service department for quite a while and know how these work 😉) I gave them one more opportunity to make it right by reimbursing me for the reseal so I didn’t have to put the car on a flatbed and bring it 2 hours back (costing me more than the reseal) and they refused. I would not bring vehicles here again after my experience. I would have waited for a windshield to be in stock from satellite or discount auto glass. Let’s hope there is no water damage to her vehicle.

Well, after I accidentally cracked my windshield loading 2x4’s for a fence I checked around for windshield replacement. After looking around I decided to go with Low Cost Auto Glass. I emailed them and they responded very quickly. Although I didn’t get in to their shop for a few months due to having only one vehicle I made it in today to schedule it. I asked for a quote, happy with the price and they even replaced it in the spot after just walking in unannounced. I am very pleased with the wait time about 1-1/2 hour and very pleased with the work. I highly recommend Low Cost Auto Glass to anyone needing their windshield replaced. Two guys came to fix my Semi truck windshield and they left, I paid them $400 plus tips,the following day I left work, I have valuable run which is dedicated run.in the middle of driving 65mph The glue was not holding almost fall off,I used a strap to hold it,I went for the 2nd time job done but When it rains it leaks a lot, I called the guy again But they ignored me,I sent him the video leaks in my fuse compartment, the rain damaged my fuse. Brought my Honda in and had the windshield replaced. As soon as I get down the road it starts leaking water and air. Brought it back the next weekend to have it replaced again. Instead they applied the sealing on top of it and completely clogged areas with glue. I now have damage to my sunroof and the windshield can’t properly be replaced because they’re a glue and seal in places it shouldn’t be. This original replacement has cost me upward in 1200 in damages and repairs because they were lazy and unprofessional. Refused to refund us but when we brought all the evidence to the credit card company they sided with us.

The price was cheap but so was the quality of work. They glued my top A Pillar trim back on and after one blew off they used glue again instead of fixing it the right way. They cut my molding so it's not reusable. They broke all of my clips for my cowl and broke my windshield wiper bracket!! I basically have to pay to have the whole thing redone by someone else. They should pay for this but I will never take another vehicle here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Save your time and money, go somewhere else to have it done right the first time. #yougetwhatyoupayfor

Tell you right now it’s not the nicest part of town, but these folks do good honest work, the quoted me $277 and then found out they could get the glass for less saving me 50$ and they were honest about not charging me for the higher price. Quick service. Friendly people. Expect a language barrier tho, many of the folks here speak Spanish as a first language, so when I talked to anyone other then the manager I wasn’t entirely sure if I was being understood. However, Highly recommend these folks. Quick. Honest. Friendly and fair.

Mike and the Team was absolutely amazing, extremely great at their job they were very nice, I felt at home immediately I got inside. They welcomed me and took their time to do the job and the results was 😯 mind blowing 🤯 I went through so much and this was the best price I got in the whole region of Columbus I found. Low prices indeed. They are spectacular. They do what they said they were going to do. They delivered, I feel like muah!!! Thanks a lot guys, you ROCK!!! Look at my BEFORE and AFTER pics. I will ALWAYS recommend this place to anyone that could use their services. From my first contact with them til I walked out the door the customer service I received was top notch. The girl at the counter was so nice and VERY HELPFUL. They came out and talked about keeping my car there an extra 30 minutes which I so appreciated because it had been raining all day and they wanted to give it time to dry before we left so I thought that was very considerate. Nice job guys!!! Great experience!!!

These people are amazing - very reasonably priced, and genuinely care. After a stream of robberies happening in and around the Columbus, Ohio hotels, There were a lot of broken windows. I knew I was gonna have to drive home six hours and it was 20° in the shop worked with me to repair my window same day so I could prevent having to make that journey with my family and kids in 20° wind. I recommend them to anyone who needs a window replaced.
