Someone smashed my side window and broke into my truck. Discount Auto Glass team was able to install new identical window to what I had within the same day! They also removed broken glass from inside of the door panel and left extremely professional and attentive impression after all. One star is not low enough for this business it has been almost three weeks i have been without my vehicle due to their poor workmanship. first my vehicle was brought to the dealer for a windshield recall. They called in Discount to do the work and the tech did not seal my windshield properly causing it to leak. I again brought my vehicle back to the dealer and when the tech from this company started to work on my truck he broke my windshield. ETA for a new windshield 5-10 days. Now after waiting another 8 days my new windshield arrives and the dealer ship contacted this company to come in and install, well at first they wanted to wait another week but the service tech at the dealership was able to get them in the following day. (you would think it would be a priority and they would ensure this time they do a perfect job). Well the dealer ship delivers my truck and upon inspection what do we find. Grease/adhesive all on the fabric by the rear view mirror as well as the tech did not install the tabs to hold the molding at the bottom of the windshield.. yes three times extremely poor workmanship. Did they advise the dealer of the missing items oh of course not. do I have my vehicle back. no I do not almost three weeks without it all due to poor workmanship. so I absolutely would not recommend this place.ServicesInstallation, Auto windshield leak repair, Auto windshield repair, Auto windshield replacement

I had called around to a few different places I got quotes all over the place from 800-1300 with a very long wait time and them saying they aren’t sure if they can calibrate with all the sensors and cameras on my car. Was going to go through the dealer, but decided to call around one more time called here Wednesday evening. The guy gave me a quote on two different options after market and brand new as my car is a brand new 2025. I was pretty hesitant because I originally wanted brand new even though I am tenting the windshield he even said just go with the aftermarket, The only thing you’re losing are the decals. He could’ve advise me to go with original for more money, but he told me just do aftermarket they are definitely not after your money. He was able to get me in the next day. Had my car for half a day. They were fast professional and at a very good reasonable price. I highly recommend them. I do not give out reviews lately so I do very much highly recommend this company. They even offered a loan car for the day if I needed. I even got to keep my decals ❤️ Thank you for making this easy and convenient after I had been very stressed for the last month in half over this.

I had an outstanding experience at Discount Auto Glass on E Livingston Ave in Columbus, OH! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. They were professional, courteous, and truly went above and beyond to make the process easy. Not only was the value excellent, but their flexible scheduling made it super convenient to get my glass replaced without disrupting my day. One of the best parts—they even offer a rental car service while they work on your vehicle, which was a huge help and something you don’t see often at other places. Jake was on time, stated approximate time to complete job. During the installation he informed me that the windshield he was replacing was a replacement windshield. The previous installer did a poor job and did not install the windshield correctly. He showed me where the moisture was able to get underneath and created a rust spot. Due to this he was unable to provide a warranty for the new windshield. Thank you Jake for informing me of the situation and explaining everything to me. This place was a life saver. My sunroof got shattered when I was in Tennessee. I duct taped it up to get back home to Ohio and went to my Nissan dealership who referred me to Discount Auto Glass. Within 4 days they had my replacement glass ordered and installed. I couldn’t afford a brand new replacement so they found a used one for $700 less than a new one which obviously saved me a ton of money and stress. Taylor was very professional from the first phone call to picking it up when it was done. They all did an amazing job. Will definitely use this place again in the future for any glass issues I have. They also have a lifetime warranty on their glass work which is awesome.

Discount Auto Glass did a fantastic job at sending someone out quickly. In less than 24 hours when others told me a week or longer. I had called multiple places and received nothing but attitude from other companies in requesting a simple quote. A gentleman named Jake arrived and was pleasant he worked quickly to replace my windshield and communicated effectively. Jake accommodated my urgency and allowed me to get back to work. He was informative and friendly. If needing any window assistance in the future (hoping not to) I will most definitely contact them before I would waste my time in calling others. Great customer service by phone to address questions and then set up mobile appt within 24 hours. And our customer service rep, Jake was great!!! The job required some unexpected twists and turns, leading to more work and longer repair time, but he diligently and methodically stuck with it to complete the job same day. Very much appreciated his years of experience and ability to resolve a job that was complex, and do it well. Good communication skills throughout! Would definitely recommend, the business and this tech.

You find out how good a company is when there's an issue. We had an issue with our installation where it was leaking into the vehicle. They came out immediately and replaced the window. Kudos for Discount Auto Glass to stand by their work. Oftentimes in today's age, a company will blame someone else, ghost a customer or require a customer to have some monetary responsibility for their shotty work. This is NOT Discount Auto. Highly recommend! Oh...and they have the best prices around, period.
