**Auto Glass Now - Disappointing Service Despite a Helpful Representative** I recently had my windshield replaced at Auto Glass Now (Westerville Road), a location recommended by my insurer. My initial contact was with Tina, who was polite and helpful throughout our interactions. However, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. **Scheduling Issues:** The first red flag was when I asked about their opening hours. Tina mentioned they opened at 8 AM but advised me not to arrive before 9:30-10 AM because their technicians "don’t have alarm clocks." This was a troubling sign of the professionalism I could expect. **First Impressions:** I arrived at 10 AM for my appointment, and my first impression was that the facility was dirty and lacked the look of a professional business. The waiting area was unkempt, and while they offered WiFi, the connection was so slow it was virtually unusable. The TV in the waiting area buffered constantly, making it impossible to watch. Thankfully, I had my phone to keep me entertained, but this was not the kind of environment you’d expect from a professional service. **Service Delays and Quality:** After waiting for two hours, I got up to stretch and check on my truck. I was shocked to find it still outside with the windshield intact, along with four other vehicles in the same condition. This was concerning, as I was expecting the work to be underway. An hour later, I was told my truck was ready. I signed the paperwork and received my key with no walkthrough or explanation of the work done. When I approached my truck, I noticed the windshield was filthy, with suction cup marks, dust, and handprints all over. The windshield was so dirty that driving felt unsafe. **Post-Service Issues:** Once home, I tried to clean the windshield but discovered adhesive residue on the A-pillars, roof, and hood. The worst part was that the molding along the A-pillar was loose and improperly attached. I called the office, and while they offered to have the technician look at it, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the poor service. **Follow-Up Experience:** When I returned to the shop, the technician inspected the trim but became aggressive, insisting that nothing could be done. Tina remained helpful and offered to order replacement trim pieces, but I declined due to the technician's attitude. Instead, I took my truck to the dealership, where the issue was resolved quickly and at Tina’s expense. Only then did I receive an apology and acknowledgment of the problem. **Conclusion:** While Tina was friendly and ultimately resolved the issue, the overall experience was unpleasant. The technicians' professionalism and the condition of the location need serious improvement. I would not recommend this service location based on my experience.

I gave 1 star because this was the lowest I could pick. I would not recommend anyone to get serviced through this company. My son contacted customer service to schedule an appointment and was advised that windshield replacement would take between two and three hours. Since he needed to go to school, he made an appointment for 8AM. That would give him enough time to drop off his car and pick it up on his way back home in the afternoon. He went to the shop in Westerville and was informed that it would take about 7 hours. In addition, a technician was scheduled to come to work around 10AM, so his car would be ready the next day. We already shared a year and model of the car to get a quote and made an appointment. We were wondering why they acted like they didn’t know anything about the car. We also could not understand why there was such a significant time difference. My son ended up making another appointment for the following week. However, this time the technician went to the hospital and said that they could not fix ours again. We shared our concern and ended up arranging a different technician to replace the glass at our house. After the technician left, we realized that windshield fluid was not coming out. We contacted customer service for the issue. They said this could be fixed if my son could bring the car to the shop by 3:30 in the afternoon. My son informed them he was on his way and arrived there around 2:30. However, the technician was already gone for the day. Why did they even ask my son to come to the shop? Couldn’t someone have called and told him not to come? We requested someone to come to our home since we could not trust their words. We were advised that the technician would stop by to fix it on Tuesday. We asked them what time he would come. We were told any time between 8AM and 5PM. So, should someone be home all day to accommodate their schedule? We called Westerville office to speak to a manager multiple times, yet we could not get hold of anyone. After trying numerous times, our call was automatically transferred to Cleveland office. We shared our frustration and tried to narrow down a service window for the day. However, we were told that that was how they ran their route. During our conversation, we did not hear a single word to apologize for the inconvenience they caused. The technician finally came to our house around 3PM. He opened a hood and re-connected the hose of windshield fluid. It took him just a couple of seconds to fix. We were wondering why this simple thing could not be taken care of when my son visited the shop about a week ago. I am sure that this could save his trip and service time.

Would not recommend to bring your car here and if you do PLEASE take videos of your car beforehand and see if their cameras work so you don't end up dealing with damage you did not arrive with. I would NOT take your care to get repaired. I brought my car to get my front windshield to get replaced 10th of this month. Ended up leaving unable to open my passenger door because my fender was pushed in and dented preventing me from opening my door all the way. Manager was completely unprofessional and was defensive from the beginning assuring me they did absolutely nothing wrong. She tried to say that I brought the car with the damage and when she did this I asked if that was the case why not call me and let me know theirs damage that would interfere with the job.... she remained silent and simply said "You need to bring it in to be looked at" Rather then arguing on the phone I requested camera footage so I can take it up with insurance but the stores cameras haven't been working for a while.I decided to visit in person and the person who worked on my car would not speak with me so I ended up speaking to a technician named Rathuan to figure out what was going on and even though he couldn't solve the issue he was very respectful and was understanding. He couldn't do much since he was not in charge but understood both sides and said the manager should have the information regarding insurance. Following day I visited again to speak to the manager in person but again she was defensive and when I requested their insurance information she stated "I don't have the insurance information, I don't know it" so I realized she wouldn't cooperate I called the police but since it wasn't anything criminal there was not much they could to do so now I will be taking it further up.

I was in a situation after my car got broken into and had a 7 hr drive the same day. needed to get it fixed so I went there. They used a Chinese glass which was cheap definitely not OEM quality. they cleaned off the broken glass pieces around my seat but did not properly clean the pieces that went into the door panel. Some of those pieces were stuck to the regulator around the lubricant. those pieces broke my regulator and they blamed the horizontal force that was applied when the car was broken into. I took it to another mechanic and they were saying that's almost impossible as the regulator is more of a vertical system and if it was a vertical force that was applied, then, it would make sense to have a damaged regulator. after learning that, I never went back to them as they clearly didn't do the original service properly gave me a knock off glass which has a different color hue from my other OEM glass, they also didn't want to take any responsibility at all whatsoever. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION AT ALL!

I was not happy with the outcome of my window. They left black glue all over the bottom half of the window. I felt like they rushed the job because my car was towed and was there early in the morning. I got there after 12 and they didn’t touch my car. They say first come first serve but they only mean if you are there waiting. So I had to sit and wait for them to do my window. I’m not sure how they got so many good reviews but this is about as honest as it gets for me. They didn’t even clean out the broken glass. I had to take it to vacuum it out and I still have shards of glass. Honestly I should have waited on safelite auto glass to come out to me. So the take always are, One: don’t have your car towed thinking they will honor their first come first serve. Two: they may rush the work resulting in a mess. Three: you will need to clean the glass out of ur own car

After getting my truck window smashed by some thieves, I searched Google for some options. I went with the first one listed on the search and booked a time to replace the following day. About an hour later, I got a text saying they didnt have the glass in stock and would have to postpone for a few days so they could locate the glass. It's my work truck and being down that long wasn't going to work, so I went to the next company on the search and found AGN. I'm very happy I did. They were able to come to me the same day and the cost of the window was half of what the other one charged. HALF! Jim, the technician who came out to replace the window was awesome. Friendly, fast, and very knowledgeable. Don't pay for somebody else's huge advertising budget. Just come here and deal with fast, friendly service at affordable prices.

Outstanding customer service, as well as outstanding work. The lady in the office was sweet as cotton candy, and made me feel comfortable and welcomed as well as the two techs they had working were friendly and sociable and I had the pleasure of watching them work and go about there business in a professional and well trained manner. They did not take long at all to do the job I had for them which was replacing two windows on my jeep. They even fed me! They priced match for me , so I saved money as well as time . I was very happy and thankful for that accommodation. If I ever have any more issues with my windows (good forbid) I know exactly where to go, as well as who to recommend . 5 star rating for 5 star service! Thank you all for your professionalism and hospitality!

Tanya at the Westerville location was great! They had a good price and they were able to get me in the next morning. The reason why I’m not leaving more stars was after the work was done. My car was parked outside and in my hurry to leave I did not notice the glass dust/shards all over my dashboard and floor. The also left dirty finger marks on the interior of my A posts. I called to let them know and they were polite and apologized for the Techs. not cleaning up appropriately. They did ask if I wanted to come back have them shop vac. it, I said I would just do it myself. For the price the Techs need to do a more thorough job after the install.

The employees at Auto Glass Now are great! It took a while for the service to be completed because my car was involved in an accident, they were able to repair my window on the same day! Rathuan is an amazing worker! He worked some magic with my car and was able to get my window to roll up and down even though the accident dented the door and shattered the previous window. I can’t thank them enough for helping me get back on the road and for the amazing services. Auto Glass Now got me out of a time sensitive jam on my way home from vacation. I had not heard of them so called all the "other guys" and their quotes were so much higher. When I finally call AGN their quote was half the price. In addition Rathuan was VERY knowledgeable about how to fix it and was VERY honest about the work that needed to be done and that he was the guy for the job. He saved me alot of stress in a time where I was barely treading water financially and mentally. Was having a bad day. AGN now has a customer for life.
