X-Treme Auto Glass

After Safelite told me they couldn’t replace my windshield without dealer clearance on some codes for my sensors, I called my dealership to get that taken care of. They recommended X-Treme instead and said they send all of their clients there because they do a great job and take care of everything. They were right! Not only did X-Treme replace the glass and recalibrate everything for me (without a runaround or sending me back to the dealership), but the customer service was above and beyond. Rick talked me through everything from start to finish, educated me on what needed to be done, and even kept me in the loop when he received everything from my insurance company. What started out as a frustrating experience somewhere else turned into one of the easiest and smooth processes ever once I got in touch with X-Treme. I would highly recommend them and won’t be going anywhere else in the future.

I went in for what we thought was a water leak in my back windshield. First the guys took the back window off without any damage and realized it wasn’t the windshield at all. Instead of just resealing and sending me on my way they took the time to look further and found the bolts to my third break light on top of the back window were loose. They removed it to make sure it was in tact and tightly sealed it back on. Then they resealed my windshield. Needless to say it rained today and my back window is no longer leaking. I would recommend XTreme Auto Glass to anyone. The staff was amazing, they got me in quick, they were gentle with the care of my vehicle, they actually wanted to help me find the issue, and prices were reasonable. I would definitely take my vehicle back if I have any glass issues in the future.

Took my older vehicle here for a windshield replacement after being told by Safelite they couldn't do the job due to some rust along the edge, and I am so happy I did. The owner thoroughly explained the process to me and answered all my questions, including exactly how to navigate the claim with my insurance company, even providing their glass claims phone number. He was SO kind and accommodated me needing to drop off and pick up my car after hours too. He even texted me pictures of the rust, since I had inquired about it when we spoke on the phone. Xtreme Auto Glass definitely gained a lifetime customer in me, I only wish they did more than just glass work, completely worth the short drive to their shop for all your glass needs!

X-treme got my road trip with my daughter back on track in under 24 hours, I sent him my VIN, and found out car was a Canadian market car and required a more expensive and currently unavailable rear window. He agree to order the US market window with same specs to see if it would be compatible, if it wasn't I'd have to wait for the Canadian window. The window defroster and antenna all worked perfectly and his price was much better than the vague quote I got from the first glass shop I called. All in all it was a great experience and his work was top notch and would call him first the next time I need window repairs.

Super impressed with Xtreme Auto Glass! Rick was very helpful over the phone with making appointments and details of replacing my windshield! The guys working on my car were extremely kind and it was neat to see them do it as they have seating in the warehouse where you can watch them work! Plus they got me in and out in UNDER an hour! They were also way less than the asking price of other auto glass shops! Loved my experience with this team and would always recommend them to a friend! And if needed in the future, I would definitely go back. They gained a lifetime customer! Can’t thank them enough!

My wife scheduled an appointment here and I was tasked with the drop-off. This place is very safe and secure. When I parked outside I was initially confused where to park. Within a few moments the manager came out and made sure I was a patron with an appointment. Then he politely directed me inside. There are comfortable chairs to lounge in and the workshop is amazingly clean and pleasant smelling. I was walked through the insurance process and not only was this easy to do but they started work on the car early. This place deserves 20 stars for the amount of service and professionalism I received.

I am so happy that I contacted X-treme Auto Glass to repair my significant windshield crack, after another (highly advertised) company gave me the runaround. Rick took my call and was the epitome of customer service, giving me the details I needed and setting realistic expectations on timeline and scope of work. He walked me through the process of submitting an insurance claim and called me back when he said he would! My windshield is now fixed and it didn't take the time or frustrations that I experienced elsewhere. I'd definitely recommend X-Treme Auto Glass!!

I called X-treme auto glass at 8am and spoke to Rick. He was very patient and helpful and walked me through filing my claim through insurance over the phone. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:30am, by 11am I had my vehicle back in my possession. I am “x-tremely” impressed with their professionalism, efficiency and skill. My vehicle looks brand new and you would have never thought it went through what it did just a couple hours prior. I highly recommend this business and although I hope to never need a new windshield again, if I do, I know exactly who to call.

Extremely quick windshield repair and amazing customer service! I called late one afternoon and the next morning my car was in the shop. I was in and out in less than hour from the appointment time and they have the best prices around. They’re extremely professional and have the comfiest waiting room chairs I’ve ever seen. When I got back in my car I couldn’t even tell I had a windshield, besides the registration and inspection sticker, that’s how clean and perfect it was replaced. Highly recommend to anyone with any type of glass repair needs!

Rick gave me a next day appointment. Quick repair service lasting less than an hour. Friendly staff. Very satisfied. Rick and his team are amazing! Update: The windshield works great, and I have no issues with the product itself. However, after returning home, I noticed a small paint chip on the edge of the hood. On my vehicle, the wipers must be set in the upright position before being lifted away from the windshield.
