I got to my appointment and was immediately greeted and asked if I was going to be staying while my car was being worked on. They offered me coffee, snacks and water and were constantly updating me with my car. They were done within an hour, we had some issues with my cars calibration and it was resolved very quickly with no issues. They made sure I was satisfied before I left. They made sure to answer any questions or concerns I had with my vehicle. Very nice staff, definitely will come back here if I ever have any issues with my glass!

Everyone from being greeted in the parking lot by the awesome technician to the receptionist Kelly, shes a blast as well as the location Manager they are a great crew and did an amazing job!! From start to finish the experience was EXCEPTIONAL and I would 100% definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have work done!! I actually already told my boss about them!!! Thank you to the Auto Glass Now staff!!!! I'll definitely be a return customer(hopefully not too soon though!) 😁

Poor windshield installation..They did not replace broken clips..the windshield and the rubber have a gap in between them and looks really bad..the moulding is bent in multiple places..The passenger side is so bad that the wiper does not lay on the glass cause the rubber isn't properly placed..as a result the wiper lays on top of the rubber not the glass and makes an annoying click-thumping sound..I wanted it to be how it was before it was broke..not just new glass with gaps and bent moulding..they said they don't replace broken clips they just use glue..I would not recommend Auto glass now at 874 Niagara falls Blvd..I would go to a professional next time and happily pay more to have it done to my satisfaction..To bad I can't leave 0 stars..any glass in the defroster they don't vacuum..so my defrosters are taped off untill I can bring it to a shop that offers that service..I brought it back to show the Manger and he said it's the best they can do and they will not re-do it..I spoke to the the district manager and he said the manager and technician did everything right except the wipers not being on the glass..he said bring it back to get the wipers fixed..but everything is glued in place so I'm not sure how they would fix it..and I'm not coftorable bringing my car back there anyways..I would rather pay someone else then bring it to them for anything..Notice the gap in between the glass and the rubber in the picture where the wiper is layerd over the rubber..that's how they glued it in place..Notice the big gap in between rubber and glass in the windshield picture..that gap causes an annoying whistle type sound.

Had an appointment scheduled for Monday at 8 am. Confirmed on the phone the Friday before that I was able to drop my car off before 8 am and put the key in the key drop off box. Received a call at 8:30 am Monday morning stating that I missed my appointment. Called back and was repeatedly told that I missed my appointment, despite me telling them that my car was already there. They finally agreed to service my car, and I confirmed I would pick it up before the end of the day. Arrived at 4:40 pm and they were completely closed, despite confirming that they closed at 5 pm. I ended up calling the mechanic Fabian (who was very kind, the only positive interaction throughout this whole ordeal) who attempted to contact a manager to come back out, but I was eventually informed that they could not get in contact with anyone to come back and I would have to come back the next day. My car was still in the parking lot and when I went to look at it before leaving, I realized they had left it unlocked after leaving for the day. Very frustrated with their service, would not recommend.

I had an appointment scheduled to have my windshield replaced at my home on a Monday. That specific day was quite windy, they wanted me to come in (45 min drive for me) or reschedule, which is understandable. I rescheduled to the following Monday. The following Monday (Jan 6) the high temp is 24°. They want me to either provide a heated garage or again, go to the shop. I canceled and called Safelite who states they will come out despite winter temps. Don't run a business that operates outdoors if your staff doesn't have the fortitude to work in the cold. 24° isn't even bad in the winter and is laughable that they won't work in that. So maybe Auto Glass Now should relocate to Florida or someplace warm and let the men do the glass replacement up here where we have cold temps often. I can only hope that the Auto Glass Now staff is safe and warm next to a cozy fireplace as they are most likely too worried about the cold to be doing any work 🥶

Would not go back.. the local manager refused a warranty claim on their "OEM" quality glass and didn't even offer to schedule replacement services or try and keep a customer. So much for the "Lifetime Warranty" against defects. Backstory: Had mobile service in late June 2024 to replace my windshield due to a chip. 37,xxx miles on the odometer. Feb 28th, 2025 with 46,xxx miles. I went through Delta Sonic and came out with a 10-12" crack in my windshield in the lower right corner. There was no known chips prior to the car wash, and I am a very observant person so I would have noticed a chip. There was nothing that would have obstructed my ability to notice any chip. For those who don't know, Delta Sonic is just pressurized water and a rag dragging across the glass. No spinning brushes at all. So this crappy glass lasted not even 9k miles. I currently work from home so I'm not exactly racking up the miles..

I love this damn place... I'm not sure how good the windshield is in yet but from my inspection it looks great and this company is the only company out of three that came out that actually did the windshield and didn't make up some reason why they couldn't do it... the guy that put the windshield in text me and said " sorry, I couldn't do a great job with your inspection sticker"...I laughed and thought to myself " wow, they put the glass in and that's what he's texting me about"...I said that was the last thing I was concerned about..by the way, they make inspection stickers to only be used once, once you get to take it off it rips into a word that says void so he would have never got it off and on again anyways.. thank you so much for putting my windshield in and the other two famous company's that are in wny can kick rocks.

I made the appointment for them to come to my home to change my windshield, one of the workers called me and said he couldn't do alone and asked me to bring it in to the shop , so I did , and then he told me he still couldn't do it cause he needed help and no one was there, reluctantly I rescheduled for this morning and arrived at the shop 30 min early , and Andrew single handedly installed the windshield by himself in 30 minutes!! Thank you, Andrew, and if I were the owner of the shop, that other guy would be looking for a new job .. even though I got the runaround from the other useless worker , Andrew saved the day, and that's why they get a 4 star rating

The building was fine. Clean and the people nice, they even offered snacks and beverages while you wait. The process took about an hour but it wasn't until I got home that I realized the newer technician had scuffed my car up. after expressing concern with the manager, we have worked out a resolution that will fix the paint and the management will reinstall the window and smooth out the marks on the dash. They also apologized for the damage caused, and have done a good job dealing with the issue. I am feeling much better now that they have fixed the issue. Just makesure to double check the work!

Had an appointment for a mobile chip repair for between 8 AM and 5 PM - no, they couldn't narrow it down to even morning or afternoon, but the tech would call 30 minutes prior. Took my dog for a walk, and luckily we hadn't gotten very far when the tech showed up unannounced. He spent about 10 minutes repairing the chip, and I wasn't impressed at all - still very visible and the outside of the glass wasn't even smooth to the touch, you could still feel jagged glass. The tech said it doesn't make the chip look better, the repair just prevents the chip from spreading...oh really?!
