Definitely the best price around town besides extreme auto. But I needed my windshield fixed the same day and this place helped me with that. They had it done in about three hours the same day I called! Reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is because when I went to get my vehicle the inspection sticker was ruined and the gentleman simply brushed me off and said he can't do anything about it even though it was his shop that messed it up? Besides that great place good service good price.

My car was broken into along with about 7 other or so cars, all with windows broken. After a quick google search, I found this place. I dropped my car off at around 9:45 am and it was all fixed with the window working properly by 1:00 pm the same day. Very courteous and professional workers, if anything happens to be my vehicle again, I will come back. My insurance covered the $176.00 Cost. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Great customer service and got me in and out quickly even though I made a last minute change for my appointment. I had broken glass all over the inside of my car and they cleaned it without me asking and didn’t charge me extra . Dropped my car off and they were done in 45 minutes cheaper then most spots I got estimates at also!!! Would definitely be coming back and recommending friends and family .

Don't bother shopping around, just go here. Other places charge more for service and worse prices for windows. I got prices from 2 other companies. Buffalo Auto Glass did it for over $250 less and had me in the next day. Got the work done really fast even though I was late to the appointment. I was quoted $200 total over the phone, they charged me exactly that with tax. My window is perfect and I no longer hear glass in my door

I drive a semi truck and the passenger side windshield was destroyed by a piece of debris that fell from a bridge. From Albany to Rochester, I tried to find someone to fix my windshield but was not successful. I finally reached Gary at Buffalo Glass and not only was he able to source the windshield, he agreed to come to me to install it. Thank you Gary and Scott for getting me back on the road. I googled a place to get my rear defrost wire fixed. I called the guy was very nice and was able to get my truck in fast. The wait was no longer than 15min. Im so thankful it was quick and easy. I have not used the defrost yet no snow out. I use to have to get out when it snows bad and wipe off the window. Im a happy camper. I will update if I need to. Thank you Buffalo Auto Glass.

Someone had smashed my windshield on my Kia and almost shattered the entire thing. After a lot of rude customer service from AAA and other people, Buffalo Auto glass was the first place to be kind and informational. 10/5 stars! What Safelite was incapable of doing these guys had done and more in no time at all. Fast. Affordable. Excellent service. I was told by other shops that windshield was going to cost over a grand because the frame was slightly damaged. These guys had 0 issues doing the job and only cost me a few hundred bucks. You guys rock !!!!
