I got to my appointment and was immediately greeted and asked if I was going to be staying while my car was being worked on. They offered me coffee, snacks and water and were constantly updating me with my car. They were done within an hour, we had some issues with my cars calibration and it was resolved very quickly with no issues. They made sure I was satisfied before I left. They made sure to answer any questions or concerns I had with my vehicle. Very nice staff, definitely will come back here if I ever have any issues with my glass!

I dropped my car off at around 9:45 am and it was all fixed with the window working properly by 1:00 pm the same day. The owner, Sonny, was very transparent and upfront with his assessment and management of my expectations regarding the recent windshield crack repair on my semi truck, Freightliner Cascadia. It was a larger, complicated crack and a difficult task. In my humble opinion, he did a great job with what he had to work with. It's been 1 week since he repaired my windshield, and all is well so far. I'm very appreciative he was even willing to attempt it when others simply wanted to sell me a new windshield. Especially considering the cost of a new windshield on a Class 8 tractor... His pricing was more than fair, along with the 1 year warranty on workmanship. He will work with you on timing and location to meet. Do yourself a favor. Call Sonny after you call the other guys and before you make a decision. Thanks again, Sonny.

Outstanding experience at this location. I got scheduled here for a windshield replacement by Gerber Collisions. They scheduled me pretty quick in 2 days after the initial inquiry. The windshield relacement process was also very quick. 1759 Kenmore is an renovated location, spacious and clean. Waiting area has TV, Keurig coffee machine and a mini fridge with sodas. A guy came and gave me all the info I wanted to hear, including re-calibration and other things. He told me it would take an hour but they were done after half an hour. 20 min into the process, the guy came to e and told me the cause of the crack and what to do in the future to avoid it. After it was done, the guy gave me instructions what to do and not to do for the next 24 hours to help the windshield harden. The whole process was very, quick, precise and in the direction of a luxurious experience. With mechanics these days, this was an outlier on the outstanding side. Maximum happiness.

I had a really bad experience with the Lockport location they do a half ass job like not sealing the windshield properly, send someone to look at their mistake and tell you the condensation on the inside of car should have been dried when the air conditioner should have kicked on automatically, it’s not a de humidifier and when you have video and picture proof they blame you for it anyways. When i told the Clinton location what they said to me and how they treated me at the Lockport location they re- assured me that they will do job the right and took extra steps to make sure that it was done right. They were more friendlier and knew what they were talking about. I should have went to the Clinton location from the beginning and highly recommend going there

After Safelite told me they couldn’t replace my windshield without dealer clearance on some codes for my sensors, I called my dealership to get that taken care of. They recommended X-Treme instead and said they send all of their clients there because they do a great job and take care of everything. They were right! Not only did X-Treme replace the glass and recalibrate everything for me (without a runaround or sending me back to the dealership), but the customer service was above and beyond. Rick talked me through everything from start to finish, educated me on what needed to be done, and even kept me in the loop when he received everything from my insurance company. What started out as a frustrating experience somewhere else turned into one of the easiest and smooth processes ever once I got in touch with X-Treme. I would highly recommend them and won’t be going anywhere else in the future.
