Nu-Vu Auto Glass

I chose to go with Nu-Vu because when I had a toolbox break and go through my back window, they were the only company even willing to try and get me in within two weeks. Their Twin Falls shop was very accommodating with my crazy schedule as a farmer who lives in his truck! I was able to safely drop my truck off after hours and they were even available to talk to give me directions to the drop box for my keys. After only about three days of using my truck with plastic across the back window they got me in, even though they were booked out for two weeks, and they did both my front and rear glass, with only having my truck out of commission for less than a day. Soon, we will be having them come out and replace 5 other cracked windows on our company service trucks all only at the cost of insurance (luckily only about $100 each for us)

I had them do both of my cars . I am from az and glass replacement is a bit of a pill as it seems you change windshields like underwear. With that being said I would think im a bit of an expert on it. NU-VU auto glass was a bit refreshing. From the initial call all the way to delivery of my vehicle everything was as smooth as the new glass. The employee that I spoke to and communicated via text was awesome. I work from home in sales so I cannot always just take a call so text is king. The you have the guys that come pick up the car and take it to the shop if the weather permits was great. They did the work in a timely fashion. So from start to finish I say it in words cuz they only give me 5 stars to highlight these guys deserve 6 stars. When you need the job done they do it and do it well.

I am so grateful for the entire team at Nu-Vu Glass for their quick response of what I considered to be an emergency. I was able to bring my vehicle in and have the issue resolved in just a couple of hours. As a service provider for the Twin Falls area that was very important to me to get my vehicle back on the road. I would highly recommend using them for all of your glass needs. The entire team was very friendly, honest, and professional. Once the job was completed, I was expecting to pay What I felt was a very fair Amount and they were able to come in under that amount completing the job. I’m from out of town visiting for a month. I received a chip in my windshield yesterday. I wanted to repair it quickly since I plan to do a lot more driving around the area. I didn’t want the chip to go from a repair to a replacement. I called Safelite initially because of their nationwide warranty. I received the electronic run around and could not talk to a local person. So I decided to find a local family owned company and forgo a national warranty. I found Nu Vu and they answered their phone with a real person. She was polite and very accommodating. She scheduled me for a repair as soon as I could bring my vehicle in. 20 minutes later, I was on my way back home with a repaired windshield. Thank you Nu Vu for answering your phones!

My Mercedes suffered a massive rock break from a not so nice truck and my concerns for unsafe appearance were completely eliminated having made contact with Twin Falls Nu-Vu Glass Specialist. The trim below the windshield was forced open by the Nu-Vu glass techs causing irreparable damage. When i showed it to the front desk clerk I was told it was my fault because of my vehicles age, didnt look like this before this service. No response or care afterwards, was told I would be getting a call from the manager. DIDN'T HAPPEN! Damage will cost 450.00 dollars that my insurance or extended insurance wont cover. Thanks Nu-Vu glass. Over-all sloppy job, didnt clean black shavings out of interior/dash or there muddy footprints out of door jams and carpet. Pictures included.

Horrific experience with this company. I see they paid to have my past review removed. That’s ok. I will keep posting thus truthful review and you will keep spending $$ to remove them. Terrible job! Screws sticking out. Dirt and dust EVERYWHERE! Windows didn’t close properly and also didn’t lock properly. Purely terrible work!! They have come back 4 X to make repairs and still have problems. NEVER will my family or neighbors (after they saw NuVu poor quality work. Trust me!! Avoid the headaches. Go elsewhere even if elsewhere is a bit more expensive. 0/10 stars.

Very positive experience. We got a rock chip in the windshield of my brand-new car (had literally just picked up the car earlier that week) just outside Buhl on our way down to Lava Hot Springs with our kids. My husband quickly looked up rock chip repair places, found this place and called them and they were able to get us in right away, even though it was Friday and they were closing soon. They also let us sit in their lobby and make sandwiches while we waited! I found out after the fact that we have the same web designer/SEO person, so that was cool :)

Extremely helpful! Went out of their way to help us get everything done in an expedient manner and make us comfortable to boot. Fantastic people and amazing service. Got a massive rock chip driving from Oregon to Texas while passing through Twin Falls. When I googled a place to get it repaired, this came up, so I immediately called. It was only 30 minutes till closing when I called, but they were able to get me in and get it fixed within 15 minutes of my arrival. Really saved me a lot of time, headache, and the money it would’ve cost me to replace the windshield after the crack spread by the time I got to my destination. Super friendly, and nice people, too!
