Horrible communication!!!! I needed my windshield replaced. Unfortunately the windshield I needed was on backorder, I don't blame them for that. My issue is they never call back or follow up. After several calls I was informed of the back order and I told them I understood and to go ahead and get one ordered to get it coming as soon as possible. The gentleman said he would and would call back with a eta and could be a couple months out. I called back a couple weeks later after not receiving a call back and left a message asking to verify order for it was placed and for a call back with an eta, no response. I called again today, another 2 weeks later, and am told they can't order one. We'll now I'm over a month out from starting this, finding out I need to go somewhere else. If you can't get it no biggie, but maybe inform your customer who you told you would order it. Definitely do not recommend using them!

I gave them 1 star initially and have since change it to 3 stars after my experience the owner did everything he could to accommodate me by calling a taxi for a ride home to get a different vehicle and assured me it would be done tomorrow. Had a bad experience the first time on a mobile service, I decided I would give them a second chance when I needed my windshield replaced again so I drove the hour and fifteen minutes to them for my appointment and left my car for the replacement. I waited a couple hours and decided to go see if it was done when I went inside to ask the employee heinformed me that the new windshield came in broke and the cant do anything for me and I wont have my car until tomorrow, no phone call wouldnt you know if a windshield came in broke and not remove the original broken windshield, or at least call and inform the customer not just go to lunch.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

I highly recommend the Twin Falls, Idaho location of Fast Glass for all your glass needs. I was traveling from Ohio and had my back window shattered while at Yellowstone national park on a Saturday. As you can imagine this could have ruined my vacation. I turned in a claim to my insurance, and they were wonderful. Unfortunately I had to wait till Monday to find a provider to replace the glass. I was on an extended trip throughout the country and my next state was Idaho. I called the Twin Falls location Monday morning and they were so kind and willing to help located the part to replace my back window. They scheduled me Tuesday morning for replacement and I was on my way in 90 minutes. The entire staff was cheerful, professional, and prompt. What a wonderful experience. While driving to Twin with my family, a rock struck the windshield of my 2wk old SUV…needless to say, I was upset but more than that; I was afraid that the crack would worsen before making it to our next destination and back home. I received a $150 quote from the other company (you know who it is) and, before committing; I called Fast Glass. The young lady (Shelby) calmed my nerves and assured me that they’d take care of everything. $40 (and 20min) later, we were back on the road and full of smiles. Thank you Shelby & staff.. you all made what was a horrible day actually pretty great!!! PS- Honestly, the pictures do no justice… the BEFORE damage looked worse and the AFTER looks better… it’s virtually unnoticeable.

The best things about them is it was fast. We didn't have to pay because it was under an insurance policy of someone else's or I wouldn't have paid. They replaced our windshield after it was broken by a city ball game. The appreciation lies with our city. We picked up our van and on the drive home found that the dash was cracked and our wiper was bent so it doesn't wipe the window properly. I wish my husband hadn't been complacent and thankful that we didn't have to pay for it and told me to drop it and I wish I had done something myself. I will add that we had another problem similar, involving a back sliding door window and I have only praise for them.

Have done buisness with all my fleat here and family for past 10 years atleast and sad to say they wont negotiate anymore and i never did till now. There windows are somewhat. Still fair priced but there calibrating charge is trash... 150 bucks is way to much according to national average and everywhere else is free but like the attendent said " the dealer wont calibrate cause their windows arent oem"... so that warrents a price gouge??.... anyway new buisness in town we turned too .. try mobile restoration for ur windows and thts where im goin to take the rest of my trucks this winter to have them ready for next summer season

I called they double checked to make sure my window was in stock so I did not waste gas and time asked how long would take me to get there and was able to squeeze me in between their other appointments. Super friendly and fast and honestly their quote was 50 dollars cheaper than the other local companies. I was so happy and satisfied I went and bought them all lunch. I appreciated the knowledge and quickness and super friendly attitudes from each person there. I will continue to use this company and location for all 5 of my cars. Thank you for not making me feel like I was just a rush job for a quick buck.

Update 08/25/2022: Really can't express how much gratitude I have for this place. On my third rock chip and they still get me in an out in 20 mins. Thanks again! Fantastic people! Abby who works at the front desk was very pleasant to work with over the phone. Super professional! They are not kidding 20 min rock chip repair! Couldn't recommend anyone else but these guys! I looked several places for a windshield for my car. Fast glass not only was the cheapest but they got me in the fastest. My windshield has never looked so good. The customer service here is top notch. The staff is friendly, they are extremely knowledgeable. They explain the process of after care of the windshield to you so your windshield won't break and will last. While I was there they also had customers come in for custom glass as well. They do it all. For reasonable prices. I will most definitely bring my other vehicles here in the future.

My friend and I were driving through ID on our way to WA when our moonroof exploded on the highway. After calling multiple shops who wouldn’t help us (no joke one told us to just put some cardboard in it) we found Fast Glass. They told us to come on over. Abby, Curtis, and Austin were super helpful and friendly. Within less than 30 minutes they cleaned up all the broken glass and plastic wrapped the moonroof to get us back on the road to WA. We really appreciate their friendly and prompt service, and cannot recommend this place enough.
