I highly recommend the Twin Falls, Idaho location of Fast Glass for all your glass needs. I was traveling from Ohio and had my back window shattered while at Yellowstone national park on a Saturday. As you can imagine this could have ruined my vacation. I turned in a claim to my insurance, and they were wonderful. Unfortunately I had to wait till Monday to find a provider to replace the glass. I was on an extended trip throughout the country and my next state was Idaho. I called the Twin Falls location Monday morning and they were so kind and willing to help located the part to replace my back window. They scheduled me Tuesday morning for replacement and I was on my way in 90 minutes. The entire staff was cheerful, professional, and prompt. What a wonderful experience. Thank you, Fast Glass, Twin Falls, Idaho.

I chose to go with Nu-Vu because when I had a toolbox break and go through my back window, they were the only company even willing to try and get me in within two weeks. Their Twin Falls shop was very accommodating with my crazy schedule as a farmer who lives in his truck! I was able to safely drop my truck off after hours and they were even available to talk to give me directions to the drop box for my keys. After only about three days of using my truck with plastic across the back window they got me in, even though they were booked out for two weeks, and they did both my front and rear glass, with only having my truck out of commission for less than a day. Soon, we will be having them come out and replace 5 other cracked windows on our company service trucks all only at the cost of insurance (luckily only about $100 each for us)

I recommend Safelite AutoGlass for great customer service and friendly staff. We were driving home to Boise after the Thanksgiving holiday. While on the freeway a semi-truck kicked up a rock and it chipped our new windshield on a car we purchased just the month before. We felt sick about it the damaged glass. We happened to be stopping in Twin Falls to visit family and came across Safelite AutoGlass. We pulled in and they quickly fixed our rock chip and sent us on our way. The sick feeling we had about our new windshield being damaged melted away and we left very happy customers. The staff was very kind and good to work with.
