To summarize, disappointing experience — they raised the price twice and tried to charge me $545 more than the original quote. They didn’t install the part I wanted, but charged me for it anyways. They either lack customer service or intentionally tricked me. The full story: Unfortunately wouldn’t return to TrueGlass or recommend them to anyone else. During Hurricane Milton, a piece of debris hit my truck and broke the back panel of glass that faces the truck bed. There are three main options when this breaks: replace with a single panel of glass that doesn’t open, a 3 panel part where the middle panel opens manually, or a 3 panel part that opens electronically with a button (motorized power slider). I called for a quote and specified that I’d like to replace the broken window with what I originally had, which was a motorized power slider. When I originally called, the person I spoke with was Joseph and he quoted $345 and that it would take 2 hours. I called back to send the deposit and he told me that he spoke with the repair technician and that it would actually cost $555 to repair and that it would take 3 hours because they would need to electrically attach the motorized power slider. Even though it was a little over $200 than the original quote, I agreed and brought in my truck. I called on Thursday, the part arrived on Friday, and I brought in my truck for my appointment on Monday — so they had 4 days between when the part arrived and when my appointment was to verify that the part they ordered was correct. Once I had already dropped off my truck and they removed the waterproof tape I had temporarily placed on the broken window, he called back again to say they ordered the wrong part, that it would actually cost $890 to repair, and that it wouldn’t be done until the next day. Since the waterproof tape was already removed when they called, I didn’t really have a choice but to have them fix it. I said that I wasn’t willing to be up-charged twice, so they installed the manual window, but still charged me for what they had quoted for the motorized power slider to be installed. I would have expected that they would at least honor the original quote after they had made multiple mistakes. My family owns and operates an auto repair shop in Virginia, so I’m very familiar with how shops operate. At best, this repair shop lacks competence and customer service when they make mistakes. At worst, they intentionally used a bait and switch tactic to get a customer in the door and then up-charged over 2.5 times the originally quoted price once already in possession of the vehicle.

Omg!!! This company is amazing and will be handling all my windshield needs moving forward!! They answered the phone right away and set me up with a same day appointment that morning and the job was done by 3pm. Also, Very reasonable prices including mobile fee!! Luis is very knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate! And repaired the chip in my windshield very quickly while explaining everything he was doing! Great communication and interaction with customers! I was stressed and he absolutely put my mind at ease! 1000 times THANK YOU TO TRUEGLASS AUTOGLASS AND LUIS!!!!

I texted and got a response within about 20 minutes and was quoted the lowest price by far. I was skeptical because of the low price, but I couldn't have been more wrong. Luis was exceptional! He took me in the same day, within an hour actually, fixed my windshield so that you could not tell where the crack had been and even replaced my windshield wipers for free!!! Will definitely be doing business again. Ps windshield is not new he was able to save the windshield pulling it out. It's an Era original windshield.

AutoGlass was a right bet!!! And i am more than happy!!! High-level quality and response!!! Came from Chicago. On my way to Florida, I got a huge "meteorite" in my windshield. TrueGlass came out to do my windshield today. The process was quick and easy. Called them yesterday afternoon and got my installed done by lunch next day. I'm very pleased. Also they have great prices. I highly recommend them and any glass for near future. Thanks again TGlass.
