The good folks at 813 Auto glass came through!!! Windshield was severely cracked and, honestly, about one more rock away from falling in. I googled auto glass repair in Tampa and they were one of the first places that came up. I read the reviews just like you’re doing right now and nothing but great things! So I called them up to make an appointment. I spoke with Mike and was able to make a same day appointment for later this afternoon. I asked him how long it would take he said about 2HRS. He offered me the option to pay a deposit of 50% so that they can get the windshield before I arrived and have it ready when I get there to cut down the time so I did. Price quoted was very reasonable compared to other places I’ve researched in the past and customer service was great from beginning to end. When I got there the windshield was ready and his partner took 1hr and 1/2 all together. They also quoted me a fair price for my back window that I’ve been putting off. Will be back soon for that job. Overall, highly recommend!!!

I've had two really great experiences with this company and their Tampa team within the past two weeks. Taylor and Jerry came out a couple of weeks ago and both discovered and showed me serious defects with the previous windshield installation that required replacement parts. While awaiting parts for the windshield I experienced a rear window breakage on another vehicle in which Ernie came out and performed the work. These guys are experienced, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Ernie actually came out to replace the windshield on the original vehicle with Robert calibrating. What can I say except that I received great customer service and support both times. Their office staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and very quick to get me scheduled. I highly recommend AAA Auto Glass and will definitely use them for any future auto glass needs. Thank you!

5 star service for sure. Dealing with Marcos was a breeze. Prior to install i was told what my options where when replacing along with the pros and cons. I then set up a date Marcos showed up at my job handed him the keys and he tookncare of the rest. **UPDATE 1YR LATER... no issues with install 100% OEM finish. If I am taking the time to write a review, you know that the product and service was either really bad or exceptionally good. K&K Glass gave me exceptionally great service. I requested a quote and had one within 30 minutes. Their prices were competitive with everyone else out there, and the final price was actually lower than the quoted price. Justin the installer called me 20 minute before to let me know he was on his way, and he was actually 20 minutes out, not 40 or 60 minutes. He was polite, friendly, and answered every one of my questions. The windshield looks great, and everything was put back just like it was only now there is a brand new windshield. I could not be more satisfied with my K & K Glass experience.

I had a fantastic experience with this company! They stopped by my store, and I’d been putting off replacing my windshield for a while. The company I used before always made me go to their shop and wait up to two hours because of calibration issues—they wouldn’t come to me, which was super inconvenient. My last car had a basic windshield, and they used to handle it on-site, so this new process was frustrating. When these guys came in and said they could do the replacement right at my store, I was thrilled, especially during the busy holiday season. I wasn’t sure when I’d have time to get it done before the end of the year. Not only did they show up exactly when they said they would, but they also went above and beyond. I mentioned I was having trouble with my car battery, and the technician actually cleaned the terminals for me, which fixed the issue. Turns out, I didn’t need a new battery after all—they saved me a ton of money! Their professionalism and extra effort have earned my business for good. I’ll definitely be using them from now on. While loading my car for a weekend trip, my Acura's rear windshield was the victim of a terrible shot from a very unethical golfer around 7pm on a Friday at Cove Cay Country Club in Clearwater. After the shot, my neighbor confronted him. The player was drunk and quickly took off without providing contact information. I filed a police report after speaking to a club employee and promptly called my insurance company. They connected me with Bishop Auto Glass. A representative was onsite first thing in the morning and I was able to make it to my weekend destination. Subsequent follow-up and customer service was amazing. They worked directly with the insurance company (National General Insurance - which was also excellent) until I was completely satisfied. I HIGHLY recommend that you give Bishop a call if you need glass replacement, even if it's not covered by insurance. Their prices are reasonable and the service is definitely WORLD CLASS!

So two years ago I had my windshield replaced by Choice Auto. Fast forward to the present, I had to have my windshield replaced again. I went with safelite because that's who Geico put me with. The safelite installer told me the last company to come out had broken the windshield covers. So I called Geico not really knowing what to do and told them what they told me as I wanted them replaced since I didn't break them. Long story short Kim the owner of Choice Auto called me to find out exactly what was going on. I told her the same thing. I also told her I couldn't say for sure it was her installer. She was nice enough to order replacement pieces and had her tech come to my house to put them on. She was very pleasant to talk to. We had a great conversation. Service like that will make me use them in the future. Plus they are a small business unlike safelite who was going to inconvenience me and have me come to them. Our neighbor had a large tree fall into our yard and on top of my sisters truck during the hurricane. It shattered the right side of the windshield. We called around and no one had time to come out. We called EAG and they came out the next day. It was a husband and wife, they were a great team. After assessing the damage caused by the tree, they determined that the firewall was too damaged to fix the windshield. They weren’t pushy or trying to sell us a windshield. They knew the damage to the firewall would not seal the window correctly and ultimately decided not to replace it. A couple weeks later a windshield one of my vehicles had a chip and a crack completely across the whole window. I called them, they came out within 3 days. They replaced the window and it was super nice to not look through a crack while driving. I would recommend them. They did a fantastic job.
