SHINE BRIGHT AUTO GLASS

This was the most positive experience I have had with a business in decades. I have a 2001 Chevy impala. I have been dealing with a leak on the front passenger side for over a decade. In the last 2 years I have been dealing with a leak in my trunk. I have had several mechanics fix various things with no success. Then one mechanic suggested it may be my windshield. When I started calling other businesses, no one asked about what the car was doing but only told me resealing my original glass was not an option. Essentially they were upselling me. Furthermore, they were quoting me $600 per glass. Even though I told them this was going to be self-pay and not insurance, that did not seem to help the price. Eventually I stumbled upon shine bright. Will the technician, began by asking me questions about the leak. He wanted to make sure that what I was dealing with was indeed due to the windshield. I could tell by the questions he asked that this was somebody who really knew his craft. Furthermore he was willing to reseal my existing glass in the back rather than charge me for a whole new windshield. I did need a new front windshield. The price he quoted me for both windshields, was far less then what everybody else was asking for one windshield. But wait, it gets better. Once he was working on my windshields, he noticed my wiper line had been broken. He fixed this as well with no extra charge. Of course I tipped him for his excellent workmanship and integrity. He was incredibly grateful for the tip. I only include this fact because so often now, I find when I tip, very few people even bother to say thank you. Furthermore, after our first big rainstorm, Will checked in to see that everything was good. When was the last time that happened? I was thrilled to report my car was bone dry. This has alleviated so much stress for me. The one caveat is to remember this is a one-man show. He travels all over the county to his clients. Because of this, your appointment time maybe adjusted throughout the day. But be patient and I assure you you will be exceptionally pleased with the workmanship and fee.

THIS IS THE COMPANY TO USE!!! And I researched 7 companies before choosing them. I had a great experience! The lowest price by far & EXCELLENT service! We all would prefer to use family businesses but often the prices can't beat the big companies. But this family biz was the best choice. From the start Miss Nita was friendly & had a quote ready in minutes. They were able to schedule an appt quickly & at MY convenience, even coming to me in NPR from Tampa, which I appreciated so much. William was friendly, professional & knowledgeable about some specific issues with my model Kia. As a women I've def had service ppl try to overcharge me for oil changes etc. But I cannot overstate how happy I am with Shine Bright. So yourself a favor & use this company!

Man oh man. Talk about service! Will and Nita were extremely friendly, and I felt a connection with them immediately. I knew without reading reviews(they're fantastic reviews) that these two are my go to for service. I needed service, and the next day Will was here with his supplies, smile and professional not too firm handshake 🤝 Incredible in every way. I'd give 6 stars, as they are both stars, but 5 will have to do. I was looking for a mobile window repair service that was convenient, fast and affordable. I contacted Will from Shine Bright Autoglass and he quickly processed my request and scheduled a time to make the repair. Communication was clear, service was provided on time and Will was very professional. We repaired the motor in my passenger side window and the crack in my windshield for an affordable price. The service was excellent. Definitely recommend this company for any and all autoglass repair needs.

I recently had my windshield replaced by Shine Bright Auto Glass, and I’m extremely impressed. Scheduling was quick and easy with Ms.Nita she was really funny and it felt very personal. The technician (Will) arrived on time, explaining the process clearly. The replacement was done efficiently, and the quality of the glass seems excellent. They also handled all the insurance paperwork, which was a huge time-saver. Overall, great service, fast turnaround, and a job well done. Highly recommend!

Got the sunroof on my Camry broken on a Saturday night and started making some calls on a SUNDAY and Miss Nita from shine bright auto glass responded immediately with a quote. And she gave my number to Will and we talked about what days would work and he worked around my schedule!. Everything was easy and nobody can beat their prices. Shine Bright was responsive, competitive, polite, timely and professional. A job well done by a young man who knows what he is doing. Absolutely fantastic! Miss Nita (not sure on spelling) and Will were diligent about communication and came to my home within 24 hours of my calling on a Sunday. We was traveling to Tampa for our cruise and a bird flew into my windshield. Started calling around for prices and I called them. Very helpful came right out the next morning and only took about 35 minutes and we were back on the road and made it to our cruise. Very thankful and very friendly. If you need a windshield or window replaced I truly recommend. Give them a call.
