Good morning I do apologize for the delay. You guys did not delay your service so I should not delay this review lol. Were just getting back from Orlando with family and this is how this all started. Our nephew accidently broke the window. We text this company we found on google. We had already contacted 3 business who did not call us back until the following day. This was the ONLY company that gave us an immediate quote!! That really stood out and was the basis of our decision! Not only that appointments were available the next morning! Sorry to say Safelite could not guarantee that not to throw any company under the bus I’m sure they are great, but they were out of our price range and had no readily available appointments☹. The next morning when I inquired about where were we in the process this company responded immediately and updated me on the process and informed me that the field techs were picking up the glass from the warehouse and would contact me when they were about 30 minutes away and they did!! Frankie and Mannie!! Or Mannie and Frankie LOL I forget which name was supposed to go first they are hilarious lol. They were the field technicians that arrived on the scene they were amazing! They called before they were enroute and they worked very fast! Like it did not take even an hour. They were professional and very friendly. They showed us the work after they were done and would not accept a tip. 10 starts to both of them!!
