The office told me they did not offer mobile services after they cracked my windshield after having to take it to their office a second time. The first scheduled day, they told me the wait time would be between 2-4 hours which was not told to me ahead of time. They were down technicians and were running longer. I had childcare issues so I had to reschedule since I could not wait that long. The second time I came in, I dropped it off in the morning 9am, and was told it would be ready 3 hours later. They didn’t even start the repair until after three hours later, and then made a crack in the windshield. They called to tell me I would need to pick up the vehicle and reschedule another appointment with them to fix their install error. I asked if they had mobile services because childcare issues were difficult, and they said “no”. I came in the third appointment about 10 minutes late for drop off. They said they wouldn’t have time to fix my vehicle because I was 10 minutes late. I told them it was a drop off and last time they took longer to even get to my car which made me have to wait over 2+ hours then they told me. The office worker said they were down two technicians that day and were already struggling with if they would complete the orders they had that day. I asked to speak with their manager. When I explained my case, he recognized my vehicle was the one they messed up by cracking the windshield, so he offered to either have me leave my vehicle over night with them and they could address it tomorrow, or they offer mobile services. I told him I had already asked about mobile services but was informed they don’t do that. He said he doesn’t know why someone would say that but assured they did. We scheduled an afternoon slot from 12pm-5pm for the technician to come to my home since I had virtual doctor appointments in the morning. When I got home, I received a text saying my appointment would be from 8am-12pm. I was so frustrated, I changed my doctor appointments because I did not want to drive my children around in a cracked windshield vehicle. The day arrived for the mobile services, and the technician told me he was going to be late. He arrived at 2pm. The work was completed. I will never use this office again.ServicesAuto windshield repairPrice assessmentNot sure

Insurance company scared me to have my windshield replaced by Safelite. I made an appointment over the phone, to drop off the car by the morning. I dropped off the car, no one contacted me during the day. I called them around 4:30, asking the status of the car and they told me that they'd call me once it is done. I asked them their closing hours, they told me they close once the work is done. Google says 5pm. Nevertheless, I called them at 5:15, answering machine replies with "We are outside business hours, can't reply". They basically failed to replace the windshield for the whole day, and no calls - emails to update about the status. The next day afternoon, I called them again (meanwhile, it is very difficult to reach the branch; all phones lead to call center); and they told me that I could pick up the car. Again, there is no status update from the branch or the company. I went there; and saw that they took my dashcam (which is a standard accessory for the model) and left it hanging. When I pointed that out, they told me to make a follow up appointment; which I did. When I went there again, the technician came out and handed me over some cheap two sided tape and told me to do it myself. The windshield also makes wshoosh noise during driving, I'm not gonna take it back to deal with more nonsense.

Only because a ZERO is not an option. ORIGINALLY appt to fix 3-1-25 Supposedly wrong glass sent for my Tesla?? AND appt was for 3 PM... way too late in the day for them to repair before closing at 5 PM. BUT somehow they could not call me ahead and let me know. How silly, let me drive 35 minutes to there location - then tell me wrong glass and not enough time. Then they scheduled me for an ALL DAY appointment instead of a morning repair. HAD to get the car in NO LATER than 9:30 AM. FINALLY GOT my car back around 5 PM. The new front desk person told me he'd call around 1 PM and would push for it to get done early. LIE AND LIE. Never a call. AND good luck calling the actual location where you dropped off your car. THE 888 number is a circular waste of time... FRONT DESK person told me he gave me the store number on a sticky note when I dropped it off.... WRONG... NO idea why or how this is Progressive Insurance's repair provider. WASTED 2 Saturdays due to there ineptitude and VERY POOR customer service. PUSH your insurance carrier to let you take your car to a reputable company. If I ever have to deal with this again... I'D demand a different provider... SAFE LITE is the worst... cute commercial but actual experience a JOKE!!

--- Review for Safelite Auto Glass – Regarding Hector (Assistant Manager) and Stacy (Scheduling) I normally don't leave negative reviews, but my experience with Safelite Auto Glass — specifically Hector (the assistant manager) and Stacy (who handles scheduling) — was extremely frustrating. First, they rescheduled my appointment twice. One of those times, they didn’t even bother to notify me — I called only to find out that my appointment had been moved without a call, email, or any form of communication. It was a complete waste of my time. When I tried to get clarification, Hector’s customer service was unprofessional and dismissive, showing little concern for the inconvenience they caused. Stacy, who is supposed to coordinate the appointments, was disorganized and unapologetic. Instead of owning the mistake, it felt like they were passing the blame and treating me like my business didn’t matter. After this experience, it’s clear that this Safelite location does not value their customers' time or loyalty. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere if you want to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. ---

I had two small dime size bullseye rock cracks in my windshield. I was selling my vehicle so I did not want to hit my insurance with a replacement claim (because the insurance industry lies when they tell you they don't count windshield claims against you). None the less, you can get a $20 silicone repair kit at the auto parts store, but I thought, No, I'll leave it to the professionals because there is a knack to making sure the silicone spreads to the spider cracks off the center. Clearly the tech who did my vehicle doesn't have the knack. I could certainly have done as good a job, or better and saved myself $200. When I called back to ask about additional methods to help with the cracks, their response was to replace. Never again, thank you for the hard lesson Safelite, I've used you before when you could tap into my insurance and claim an absorbent amount for a windshield replace. But not so good on the self pay, simple fix.

Stay away from Safelite Autoglass if you care about your vehicle. These guys are trying to turn and burn so many cars that the quality of work is appalling. When talking to the store manager, he said he would send someone out to look at vehicle. The associate came over and acknowledged these are scratches that would have came from the wire they used to extract the glass. He called Tyler on the spot and informed him of the damage is valid. A full week later I've gotten nothing. I called corporate countless number of times and all they do is call the store and ask for help. I was suppose to get a call from Jim Litopoulos, the District Manager, about this issue about 5 times and good ole' Jimbo doesn't have the time or customer service acumen to call his customers back. I've been dealing with this over a month. So their customer service motto must be to ignore them until they go away.

They replaced my windshield, but when i picked up my car a piece of my rear view mirror was broken. I turned around immediately and went to tell them. The mechanic said that “it was missing prior to the appointment” and showed me a “pre-inspection picture” but subsequently couldn’t find in his photos app when he actually took that picture. And still stood 10 toes down when i showed a photo of my windshield/review mirror from the other day. Looking around my car for the missing piece, my boyfriend found it tucked under napkins in my center console. They walked away dismissing my concern. I never like to cause trouble but this was not cool and extremely unprofessional. I won’t be coming back to them and if you’re a future customer honestly take a picture of your car before dropping it off just in case.

Professional work... My personal experience is satisfactory ,is a business with all the technology and qualified personnel, the place where they are lis accessible, their center operations is located at the back , and they have immense space dedicated only and exactly for customers with live TV and a huge glass window that allows you to see in real time all the steps when changing the Windshield they are more than strict with your appointment and keep you informed by mail and messages. And if for some reason something escapes their hands, all workers assume a collective responsibility that is rare in these times. They are all great and when they offer you an apology you feel the interest in overcoming and solving any situation. Thanks Safelite.

I recently had the windshield on my F250 truck replaced, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and efficient. A special thank you to the technician who performed the work – he was punctual, courteous, and clearly very skilled at what he does. He took the time to explain the process and made sure everything was clean and perfect before finishing up. My truck looks great, and I’m very happy with the results. Highly recommend this company for anyone needing glass repair or replacement!
