Pricing from this company is competitive. I'm not 100% sure I'd book with them again if I needed a window replacement though due to the fact that I had initially had my appointment scheduled on Saturday 8am-12pm but whoever booked my appointment accidentally scheduled me for Monday instead. They provided a $20 discount for the inconvenience which was nice but I sat around waiting for 4 hours. To me I care more about time than $20. The technician came Monday and was super quick but the people who gave the discount and Zelle/cash price didn't communicate this with the technician. I ended up paying the price I was told thankfully. Then the technician broke a clip in the car that keeps the door panel intact. Accidents happen I understand and they quickly fixed it the next morning within an 8-11 time frame. Everyone was nice and helpful but the whole process from booking to then needing a new clip to fix the door was just annoying and inconvenient. I think I'd rather just pay more and go with a bit more credible company.

Our neighbor had a large tree fall into our yard and on top of my sisters truck during the hurricane. It shattered the right side of the windshield. We called around and no one had time to come out. We called EAG and they came out the next day. It was a husband and wife, they were a great team. After assessing the damage caused by the tree, they determined that the firewall was too damaged to fix the windshield. They weren’t pushy or trying to sell us a windshield. They knew the damage to the firewall would not seal the window correctly and ultimately decided not to replace it. A couple weeks later a windshield one of my vehicles had a chip and a crack completely across the whole window. I called them, they came out within 3 days. They replaced the window and it was super nice to not look through a crack while driving. I would recommend them. They did a fantastic job.

Got windshield fix then it started showing have fog and bottom half clear and I have to crouch down to see to drive very dangers. Told the company and they oh it’s normal it’s fine and no it’s dangers to driver me and my fiancé drive this car. There excuse was of your smoking that what causes that and I said me and him don’t smoke due to work. Then his other excuse was oh you spray something on the dashboard and that is what makes it like that I said we haven’t even cleaned this car for a year due to being working then coming home tired. Unsatisfied still 🤦‍♀️ I even called to mechanic to ask them. That and they said no that’s not normal. Terrible service

I was traveling from Fort Lauderdale to Tampa when a rock shattered my entire window. My insurance goes directly to Safelite and they were not able to repair my window for at least another 10 days (I checked 3 different locations-seems odd). I then did a quick search for auto glass repair in the area and Expert Auto Glass came up. They were extremely helpful, professional, and could repair my glass in a timely manner-all of which was far superior compared to Safelite (from customer service to the service itself). They made everything so much easier for me with handling my insurance claim as it had to be switched off of Safelite. I would recommend 10/10

Carlo and Gabriel did an excellent job replacing my 4 Runner's windshield. They were professional and extremely knowledgeable and polite and got my windshield replaced in no time! Great experience for a crappy situation! Needed windshield replaced on a Subaru with Eyesight Technology. Expert Auto Glass Repair dispatch was literally communicating with me and getting the work scheduled over a weekend evening. Installer, Franklin, and a second assistant, were friendly, courteous, super efficient, and did all the repairs including the calibration needed for the Eyesight, in my driveway! So painless. And best part, cost less than half what a competitor quoted.

Called to replace my windshield. They said no problem, we just have to special order it. A month goes by, I don’t hear anything. Call them back and they said sorry we got it in and scheduled me. Then they come out and turns out they ordered the wrong windshield and said they would contact me but I’ve never heard from them again. These guys were fantastic. Communicated with me before, during and then followed up to make sure that everything was as expected. The installer was on time both within the window, and within the shorter time they game me day of. He was incredibly polite and made sure to go over everything with me. Hope to never have to replace a windshield again, but G-d forbid I would call them first and recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely awesome, they were done in 30 minutes. Compared to the last company that took 3 hours and messed it up so my windshield leaked for years until it was replaced again. Even found a crack at the base of my windshield a few days later and they came out and replaced that also with no fuss and no charge. Appointments can be set up and they are usually out within the next 24-48 hours...

My daughter locked herself in my car so my husband had to break a window. After calling 4 different auto glass repair companies, Expert Auto Glass Repair was my 5th call and was by far the most helpful, had excellent customer service and was able to repair my window glass promptly. I hope I don't have to have any more auto glass repaired, but if I do, I will gladly choose them again!
