While loading my car for a weekend trip, my Acura's rear windshield was the victim of a terrible shot from a very unethical golfer around 7pm on a Friday at Cove Cay Country Club in Clearwater. After the shot, my neighbor confronted him. The player was drunk and quickly took off without providing contact information. I filed a police report after speaking to a club employee and promptly called my insurance company. They connected me with Bishop Auto Glass. A representative was onsite first thing in the morning and I was able to make it to my weekend destination. Subsequent follow-up and customer service was amazing. They worked directly with the insurance company (National General Insurance - which was also excellent) until I was completely satisfied. I HIGHLY recommend that you give Bishop a call if you need glass replacement, even if it's not covered by insurance. Their prices are reasonable and the service is definitely WORLD CLASS!

Inquired 2/1/23 and got a swift call back 2/2/23 in the morning. Got a nice quote for the back windshield to be replaced. The guy named Alex came out super quick the same day we got our quote, and installed it within less than 2 hours. They gave me one heck of a deal! Whilst the price was still expensive for anyone’s pockets, like I said they gave me such a good deal that it didn’t hurt to bad financially. Inquired about a military discount and they provided that as well. Alex informed me of aftercare for the windshield very thoroughly and made sure I knew of any risks. Also informed me the glass has a warranty for as long as I own the vehicle. Which is so amazing. Ms Kate called me minutes after submitting a windshield loss to my insurance company online and was incredibly proficient in handling all the details in order to get my windshield repaired or if need be, replaced in a very timely manner. Alex followed up with a courtesy call to confirm the time and location of my vehicle and brought with him a new windshield fitting the exact specifications of my vehicle in the event the repair would not be prudent or even to my liking. What a great service this business provided. Flawless service with compassion and kindness made worrying about cracked windshield a thing of the past. My husband was approached by another auto glass company that was going door-to-door in our neighborhood. According to them, our windshield was pitted and needed to be replaced. I had some serious doubts about this other company, so I called Bishop Auto Glass. Mr. Bishop came out and checked our windshield over and did not feel it required replacement. I had already told him our insurance company had authorized the claim and had told me we could chose another merchant to do the work. I was impressed with Mr. Bishop's honesty and integrity. Even though he could have made the money to replace our windshield, he chose not to take advantage of the situation.

This company made an agreement to replace the windshield in my Jeep Grand Cherokee, for a 40$ incentive, which is common place here in the Bay Area and Florida in general. After repeatedly trying to get them to come out they just kept prolonging the appointment date. I called them back this week to tried to schedule and see if he could get out here to do it like he agreed to and the woman was very rude, told us they no longer provide incentives like other companies locally, and that if I wanted to repair it I needed to call somewhere else. wasted many people's time, going back on agreements. Very rude and unprofessional on the phone, and in general.

From the moment we called to set our appointment, Ms Kate really set the tone of what we could expect from Bishop Auto Glass. She was extremely delightful and accommodating. Not only did help us select a time that was convenient for us, but she also followed up the day prior to confirm the appointment. Our assigned technician, Alex, also confirmed the details the morning of the service. Alex was polite, punctual, and very personable. His attention to detail was definitely noticeable, and from his arrival, until his departure, he was engaging and kept us informed during the process. Our family would definitely recommend this company.

Amazing company. I had a crack in my windshield and all I had to do was make one phone call to them (Ms Kate) and they handled the rest. No hassle. They called my insurance Company and came out the next day to replace it. Alex is the person that did the repair. Really friendly guy. It only took about an hour and a half. It looks perfect. Very nice people and an efficient company. Cost me zero dollars. Highly recommend.

I love this company I called about an inquiry on 10/30/23 and next morning Alex called he was on the way! Shoutout to Alex. He’s very professional and works very fast and very nice guy! He came to my job and repaired my left rear window in less than 1 hr and half. Also let me pet his Doberman lol. Definitely recommend this place they’re are fast and can’t beat the prices!
