I had a fantastic experience with this company! They stopped by my store, and I’d been putting off replacing my windshield for a while. The company I used before always made me go to their shop and wait up to two hours because of calibration issues—they wouldn’t come to me, which was super inconvenient. My last car had a basic windshield, and they used to handle it on-site, so this new process was frustrating. When these guys came in and said they could do the replacement right at my store, I was thrilled, especially during the busy holiday season. I wasn’t sure when I’d have time to get it done before the end of the year. Not only did they show up exactly when they said they would, but they also went above and beyond. I mentioned I was having trouble with my car battery, and the technician actually cleaned the terminals for me, which fixed the issue. Turns out, I didn’t need a new battery after all—they saved me a ton of money! Their professionalism and extra effort have earned my business for good. I’ll definitely be using them from now on. Highly recommend!

I am totally satisfied with the customer service from Bang Auto Glass. The customer service representative Daniella was very professional and very helpful. I had a hard time with my Insurance Company trying to start a claim and the $ they wanted for the deductible trying to get my windshield replaced. Daniella set up the next day repair of my windshield and she took care of all the paperwork with the Insurance Company so I did not have to do anything with the Insurance Company. The insurance company wanted me to pay a $1000 deductible for the windshield and with Bang Auto Glass I didn't have to pay anything out of my pocket. The installer, Jesus, was very professional,, clean, and efficient. The quality of the glass is factory grade and overall experience I Give Bang Auto Glass 5 stars!!!!! I highly recommend them to anyone who has a broken windshield that needs to be repaired.

Wish I could put negative star this horrible scammer. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They replaced window, but they broke my car parts and not 1, it is multiple damage . They completely broke my both sunshades. Window was not attached completely. Roof panel was lifting. My car was inspected the night before. There are zero previous damages. We have contacted sales person who completely disappeared and ignored after issues happened. Manager lady her name was Alexa extremely rude, horrible attitude unprofessional terrible service manager. They refused even come check the car or fix damage. They ignored every damages they caused. This company is total scam. Do not use them. Or your car will be horribly damaged And left out. I set up an appointment with a gentleman named Nico who was VERY professional to get my window replaced due to a crack. Nico was very communicative with the time the tech guy would come and educated me about the whole process (first timer). When the technician (Marcos I think his name was) came, he gave me a 10 minute heads up which I appreciated, but even more, did the job in under 15 minutes and made the process VERY easy for me as I worked from home but was in a meeting. Altogether, amazing service and professionalism by both guys and I WILL be recommending to my colleagues in the future!

Alexa and her team of technicians are prompt and professional. They call/text to set up an appointment time that works for your schedule. The services don’t last long at all and they make sure I am informed about the entire process from start to finish. Their instructions about what to do before and after the appointment are very clear and easy to follow. The calibrations team was very quick and professional as well. Had windshield replace in 2020, only to have molding start to breakdown recently. When asked, they mentioned it’s like a tire. The product wears down within 3 years and there’s nothing they can do. And it wasn’t replaced when windsheild was replaced in 2020. They just lost a customer, because I need a new windsheild. Bang, keep up the good work. Matt and Tony came up to my husband and I in the Whole Foods parking lot and explained what a great offer they had. I had 5 different cracks on my windshield from rocks on the freeways. He was able to get a free windshield and scheduled me for the next morning. Juan came out and replaced the windshield in a timely and professional manner and came to me to do it!!!
