I found the actual installation of the windshield a 5 and the calibration a 5. The communication with scheduling a 0. All you operators told me the windshield will be fixed between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm. They couldn't narrow it down. The day the windshield was supposed to be installed I waited from 9:30 to 3:30 for the office to call to let me know that the windshield was damaged and had to be rescheduled. I wasted a day. I could not get your office to narrow down their show up time. All they would do is apologize over and over again. I stopped them from apologizing a said instead of apologizing, I asked them to check the replacement windshield in the morning and call me if it was not damaged.....that's when they hung up on me.

If I am taking the time to write a review, you know that the product and service was either really bad or exceptionally good. K&K Glass gave me exceptionally great service. I requested a quote and had one within 30 minutes. Their prices were competitive with everyone else out there, and the final price was actually lower than the quoted price. Justin the installer called me 20 minute before to let me know he was on his way, and he was actually 20 minutes out, not 40 or 60 minutes. He was polite, friendly, and answered every one of my questions. The windshield looks great, and everything was put back just like it was only now there is a brand new windshield. I could not be more satisfied with my K & K Glass experience.

After receiving multiple confirmations that my windshield replacement would take place today between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, I waited around for 7 hours —only to receive a call at 3:00 PM letting me know that they could not preform the service, or hold up their commitment after all. This situation has been incredibly disruptive. I rearranged my entire week and shifted appointments to accommodate this, and unfortunately, no solution was offered beyond asking me to wait again on Friday with the hope that a technician might or might not show up. That’s not acceptable for me. I'm extremely frustrated to have lost an entire workday due to their lack of reliability and poor customer service.

Unfortunately, it was not a good experience. My incident happened and I called them January 28, then they canceled then it was rescheduled. I was calling them. Emailing them calling representatives and at 4:15 they called me and said that the glass came in broken. There was no manager to speak to the assistant manager to speak to. You’re at the mercy if they come I called State Farm. State Farm was emailing them and finally it got done. The gentleman who came to my home did a great job, but it was terrible to communicate and get them to commit to coming to your home. . Sadly, I would not recommend

K&K Glass called and told me upfront that my particular windshield was out of stock. What isn't. News on auto parts availability is not good. 2 weeks later they were able to get one and replaced it the next day. I had to wait a few days for the back up camera alignment man to do a check . It seems everything had shut down because of a battery replacement. He got all the systems realigned and road tested it with me and my dog. K & K was flexible. They worked on my timeline. I highly recommend them.

It was honestly a terrible experience. They completely missed the first appointment. The tech called and set it for a different day and nobody showed up that day either. The third time, a tech did show up right on time, but there was a huge scratch in the glass making it unusable. Took about a week to get a new one and the man installed it. He got my car so dirty. Dirt all over the floorboards and dash. I definitely would not use again if insurance didn’t make me. The entire thing was terrible.

Had Safelite come out first which dropped the ball drastically! (blessing in disguise) we then contacted K&k (auto glass now) and they were amazing and as transparent as our new windshield! Huge shout out to the Techs that helped us along the way, Seth & Jayson. They were both very pleasant, knowledgeable & patient with explaining everything to me that needed to be done because of our truck being older. Also very fast and efficient. Love our new windshield and this company! Thank you !

Auto glass now. I'm very pleased with the installation of my new windshield. The technician was polite and very thorough and knowledgeable. I Will definitely refer this company. My only issue was i had to reschedule my appointment 1 time as on the initial appointment on Wednesday 12-11-2024 no one showed up or called me to tell me y a no show. So the next morning I called and reschedule for Friday 12-13-2024, otherwise everything was really good. 👍🏻

Hope correct location. Charles was my glass guy today and I must say very punctual and very professional! He was in and out with the quickness, had my windshield in at about same time it took me to do a vehicle service and rotate. Really impressed with the finished product. I can see again! Auto Glass Now pricing was 32% less than that company that advertises on TV all the time (someone has to pay for all that advertising, but it wasn’t me). Tommy and Travis were fantastic! Both very courteous and professional. The new windshield looks great. I would never guess it is not the original. Thank you for calling ahead and keeping me informed of when the technicians would be arriving at my house. They were right on time.
