Auto Glass Now

I will never recommend this place of business to anyone. For starters they seem to lack communication with customers and take it upon their selves to reschedule appointments unbeknownst to customers. Had I not called I would’ve never known that my mom’s appointment was rescheduled from 1/22/25 to 1/23/25. Now here it is 1/23/25 6:24 pm and a technician has yet to come fix my mom’s windshield after paying cash to the first guy who came out today at noon to do whatever it is he did to the windshield. I was told the 2nd guy was coming in a hour and nothing. At 5:03 I called to see what was going on and 50 mins later no one can get ahold of anyone. Now here we are not knowing what’s going on with the window, the payment, the technician or the job. We’re going on 3 days now dealing with this unprofessional place of business. Again go else where to alleviate having to go thru any of what we’re going thru.

Incredibly KNOWLEDGLEABLE, Friendly Prompt service. This the 2nd time I utilize thier services and each time the service is Amazing and Above average as they go above and beyond to assist during these rough times! The Tech that came out to replace my window did it swift professional and friendly service! The tech even cleaned up the glass that fell off the replacement windows and did not leave niethier my jobs items nor my vehicle so the glass would not fly into my children's face. That meant a little that SAFETY is at the core of their values! Special Thank You to the technician that came out to replace my windshield and AGN as a whole! I am very satisfied and would recommend their services any day not to mention the PRICE was Incredibly lower than their competor's price quotes!!! I recently had my windshield repaired and Austin (out of CT) from Autoglass was great and very helpful for the repair, especially given I had to reschedule the replacement when my garage was not high enough to accommodate. Autoglass didn’t relay that you need a very high garage to repair the windshield if it is raining/snowing and that caused problems. Secondly my windshield required recalibration and I was not aware that a different person has to do the recalibration after the windshield was replaced. I wish I had known this was not all done by one technician since it really cut into my day (4 hours total) and this is information that Autoglass should make known so I could have planned better.

They did a good job, both the glass guy and the guy who recalibrates the camera did a phenomenal job, only thing I wish they would change is the time for the day, there’s no set time it’s like the cable company but worse, they say they’ll be there between 8 and 5, that’s a long window to wait around for someone to come change your glass, my glass guy came around 3 and then the tech to recalibrate my camera came at 5:30, if I knew they wouldn’t be there until late afternoon I would’ve went to work, but besides that everything went very smooth and they were very professional, just try to tighten up that appointment window to at the most maybe 4 hours

the customer service is good but the guy was doing the job he seems like he was on a rush you went there to fix a chip glass he seal the glass but he used to the drill and scratch the glass now it have a long scratches at the same part I need not even seal it he just leaving even though I paint it out to him when you rub your finger on it you can feel it scratch you can see it on the outside and inside I went there to fix a chip I'll come back out with a bigger scratch that look like a chip instead of take the time out and seal it so you don't look that notice that much when he realized the drill scratch the glass he just leave it

Austin came out on 7/17/24 to take care of my windshield he was extremely friendly and professional, and he did an amazing job. I have a fluctuating schedule where a certain timeframe needed to be met the woman I spoke to in the office said they will do their best to make that work I received a call from Austin the technician will be out around the timeframe so it would work out perfect. And it did! waiting for the calibration to be done by another technician on Monday. I’m sure it’ll be a great job as well. I would definitely recommend them five out of five stars

This company is honest and reliable. They communicate well by both text and phone call(s). They gave a specific time frame and showed up as expected. A very professional company, convenient and trustworthy. The glass replacement was installed right in my driveway. The work done by the technician was professional. He had a positive and polite attitude throughout the entire process. It was appreciated. I would highly recommend this company.

Auto Glass Now! personnel who came out yesterday 6/17/2025 was very professional he called me before he arrived before he got there i had to leave, i left instructions for him regarding accessibility to my car, when he get there he did call to let me know that he had arrived, the work that was done to replaced windshield was immaculate. no residue was left behind my car was clean after he was finish working, great workmanship. Rassei.

After such a bad experience with a competitor that never showed and gave me the run around. I call my carrier and was given Auto Glass information. My My appointment was booked quickly and correctly and they showed up on the day they said they would be there. The tech was professional and polite and kept me updated on everything he was doing. I recommend this company to everybody in the greater tri-state area.

They were excellent. Worked around my schedule. Came to my place of employment and the technician was great. I'd never had a windshield replaced before and I'm a curious person. The technician was very pleasant explaining how the process worked. I like when people have a personality; Someone that isn't just a corporate body with a script. You guys delivered 100% thank you
