This business owner is irresponsible and was scheduled to look at my cracked windshield twice at my home and never showed up or called to let me know that he wasn’t coming. Apparently he is too preoccupied with other things going on. Finally showed up at the very end of the last day when I brought my car into the dealership which happens to be down the street from his business ( convenient ) and It had already been sitting there for 2 1/2 days. Did such a horrible job I honestly didn’t even think that he repaired it. Highly visible crack was still there, it’s quite obvious that windshield should have really been replaced, but he was just too lazy to do so at the end of the work day. I’m quite sure that there are better auto glass companies around,

I called on a Tuesday during lunch. I have an out of state number because I just moved here and he was pretty aggressive and rude to me and then told me he would call back later in the day. He never did. So I called back the next day and no response. I called back AGAIN the day after that and after one ring it went to voicemail, making me think he was screening my call. I wanted to support him because on his site it says family owned, but he seems like a royal jerk and I'll be looking elsewhere.

He was great had an older car that needed a windshield and he delivered. Prompt almost same day service because they were closed on the weekend but he delivered on Monday. Workmanship was perfect. He was very courteous and knowledgeable with everything. I recommend them over anyone else!
