Needed the windshield replaced on my 2017 Tacoma. This time I decided to go with “Cooper’s Windshield Repair” because the other auto glass shop in town “International Auto Glass & Window” damaged the paint on my other car the last time I used them. The paint damage was so bad last time, they had to pay Toyota to repaint it and have the windshield reinstalled. After going to the address for Cooper’s, I soon found out that there isn’t an actual location for this shop… just a carwash. I called the number on yelp and was told that the shop is on Anaheim street and was texted the address. While driving there, I kept thinking to myself, “I hope this isn’t the same place that damaged my other car close to 3 years ago.” Sadly, it was! When I got to the shop “International Auto Glass & Window” I was very hesitant to have them work on my car again. I should have trusted my gut instinct and found another shop. But given the last time they damaged my other car being close to 3 years ago, I figured they probably improved and learned from their mistake. This is where I was wrong! They did the windshield replacement and after installation, I decided to check for paint chip damage. Sadly, they did it again! Paint was chipped and I immediately told the manager. The worst thing that happened today was a dishonest manager trying to tell me my car was “ALREADY LIKE THAT!” Really? I then proceeded to show him paint chips literally still present. They didn’t even attempt to clean it off. He then said the windshield needed to be shifted to the passenger side, so it would cover the chipped paint. I told him that I don’t want the chip to be covered, I want it fixed. He proceeded to say it would take a while because they have to get the touch up paint from Toyota… magically, one of four guys who worked on my car, had white paint. I almost could assume it wasn’t original factory paint. I am so disappointed right now. Everything about this experience was bad. From being misled to thinking Cooper’s was gonna do the replacement, to 4 different workers touching my car with no one taking ownership. I’m very upset. They have a waiting area for customers for safety reasons where I couldn’t watch them do the work up close, but there you also have one of the workers kid no older than 7 walking around the shop and customers cars. Probably an osha violation? Last time I left a bad yelp review for this place, I decided to remove it after they fixed their mistake. This time I’m leaving it for people to see. Do not use International Auto & Glass or Coopers Windshield for your window needs. Im hoping someone reaches out to me to make things right! We’ll see guess.

I just didn't appreciate his son's attitude and demeanor ... He initially gave me a quote that was higher than Safelite so I wanted to check the price of a used part which wasn't that much of a difference. He had me hold for a moment so that he could check with another vendor (I'm thinking he's trying to get me a better price). When he returned to the line he told me the vendor had my glass door window in stock and what time could I come in, because they close at 4. We made arrangements because he scheduled me that same day. But I forgot to ask if there was a price change or not. After service was done I mentioned that I didn't get a final quote and asked if there was a price change, he said "no." I showed him the email quote from Safelite and asked if he could match it he said "no, Safelite gets their glass cheaper." Then I asked if he could give a discount considering the price difference then I expressed (not in exact words) the urgency of the matter to get my car fixed today to protect my vehicle from criminals can he give a discount. He said "no , I had to go far into LA to pick up this part" AT THIS POINT I'M TRYING TO CHECK IF THIS COMPANY (SON) JUST WOULD SATISFY THEIR CUSTOMERS. Then I asked if he could knock off $20 to bring the balance even (then spoke about not getting a final quote). He said "no" then stood firm about his initial quote. I understood there was miscommunication... But gash! He was firm with an attitude and without grace. In business you shouldn't have an attitude of - I don't care - believing somebody will always need your service. But rather care about your customers first and try to satisfy them above and beyond (not extreme). And I'm sure if you have this mind set as a simple mechanic shop you're bound to make MILLIONS. Scripture: "give and it shall be given unto you." I paid my balance and said (in my mind) "I will never come back here,"

I recently revisited International Auto Glass & Window Tint, and once again, they have exceeded my expectations. It has been approximately seven years since I was referred to them for a window repair, and this time I needed to replace the window they had previously repaired. However, I must commend them on the exceptional durability of their work, as the window had held up remarkably well over the years. Upon arriving at the shop, I was pleased to find no other customers and no waiting time. The staff promptly attended to my needs, and I was amazed by their efficiency. It took them a mere 20 to 30 minutes to complete the window repair, and their expertise was evident. Their skill and precision clearly indicate that they handle these repairs on a regular basis. In terms of pricing, I found their services to be affordable. While I can't recall the exact cost, I believe it was around $200 or $250. Considering the high-quality work and consistent results they provide, I believe the price was well worth it. Searching for reliable and trustworthy auto repair shops can be a daunting task, involving tedious form-filling and numerous phone calls. Thankfully, International Auto Glass & Window Tint is a reliable and reputable establishment that you can count on. I highly recommend International Auto Glass & Window Tint. They have proven their expertise, efficiency, and affordability time and time again. Whether you're a first-time customer or a returning one like myself, you can trust that they will deliver excellent service and exceptional results. Save yourself the hassle of searching for reliable options, and head straight to International Auto Glass & Window Tint for all your window repair and replacement needs.

On December 26 I discovered that somebody busted out my passenger window and broke into my car. I live in kind of a shady part of Long Beach and if you park your car up the street and in the dark people will check your doors to see if they are open which is what has happened to me in the past. This is the first time my window got busted and it was frustrating. I found International Auto Glass and saw that there was some reviews about how quick, cheap and effective they were and handling busted car windows so I gave them a call. I talked to Ricardo on the phone and told him what kind of car I had and he said that he could have the window at his place within an hour. He quoted me $170 or so and I asked if it would be helpful for me to bring cash. I did and got a discount which was sweet. Remember to ask for the cash discount:) I dropped off my car and realized that I needed window tint as well. That was an extra 35 bucks but needed to be done. I went back home, got a call from Eddie about an hour and 15 minutes later and he told me I was all set. My wife dropped me back off I paid the man and problem solved. These guys will communicate clearly with you and do what they say they are going to do and do the job with pride. 5 stars all day long!

On Monday my kids and I were visiting LA from AZ. On our drive there a rock hit the windshield and what was a small crack spread. We were over 7 hours away from home and needed the windshield replaced asap. There was no way we could drive around LA and drive all the way home with it like that. We searched on Google and called around to a few places. We even tried Safelite but there was either no availability or the windshield wasn't in stock. But International Auto Glass was there for us. They were professional, they were going to drive 2+ hours round trip to get a windshield but luckily they had one in stock and they took us right away. The shop was only a 20 minute drive from our hotel. On Tuesday the windshield was replaced in less than an hour, and it cost less than the quotes I did get. We are so grateful and appreciative to Cooper, who wasn't even in California, and Ricardo & the whole team, who replaced the windshield. Thank you all so much for making the rest of our trip enjoyable and getting our vehicle road safe for our drive back home. You all took the stress and worry off of us and we made it back home safely. 💯☺️

Took my car here to get my front windshield replaced. While removing the old windshield, they chipped my car and the paint. When I got home I noticed it right away and called them immediately. They said the guy who worked on my car had over 20 years of experience and that they'd contact me after they questioned him. They eventually contacted me and claimed that the car was already like that. The funny thing is, when I did the initial quote and walk through, the car was never like that! THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY DISHONEST AND I ADVISE YOU TO NEVER SUPPORT BUSINESSES LIKE THESE. They're bad for the community and bad for the industry, take your hard earned money elsewhere! I will get this fixed, I will take them to court and make sure they pay for the damages! While I'm at it, I will make sure that the employees here have all the right documentation to work legally in the US. Im not done with these guys yet. I was referred to "International Auto Glass and Tint" by Cooper from Cooper Windshield Repair." (Highly recommend! Look them up as well!) I was scheduled through Cooper with an appointment at International Auto Glass and Tint at 10 am to get my front windshield replaced. The crack was due to a falling object that came from a tree while I was driving. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the owner, Ricardo. Ricardo was welcoming, informative, and reassuring to where I knew I was at the right business for this replacement. Miguel, the tint specialist at the shop, got to work applying the 5% tint strip at the top of the glass. While the tint was being applied, their installer for the Windshield, whose name is also Ricardo, got straight to work on the removal of the cracked windshield. The total price I paid out the door was $350, which I paid in cash. Service took an approximate time of 1 hour and 10 minutes. Exceptional work and service at International Auto Glass and Tint, I am highly satisfied with my experience! 5 St⭐️r Service and Installation, no doubt about it!

AVOID AT ALL COST for a window replacement.  When I dropped my 2021 Kia off, I was given $450 quote.  When I return, I'm told if my safety features (Lane departure warning, Collision warning & Lane keeping assist) don't work, it will be an extra $250 to recalibrate. Nothing was mentioned about the sensors and possible additional charge when I dropped it off. I was also told they checked it and "it should be fine." A week later all the warning lights come on saying the safety features aren't working. I take it to a Kia dealership and they tell me a component was missing. I call Auto Glass and let them know what happen and they asked me to bring my car back. Back to the same place that has hidden charges and does shoddy work? I think not. They also damaged my tent when they removed the windshield. Luckily the missing component is covered under my warranty and the dealership has ordered the missing part. Never again.

I’ve been a loyal customer of International Auto Glass in Long Beach for over 10 years, and Rick and his father have consistently delivered top-tier service on every visit. From working on my old Jeep to handling the tint and glass on my Mercedes, they’ve always treated me and my vehicles with the utmost care. Most recently, I had a freak freeway incident that shattered my sunroof. I called them immediately, and within 24 hours, the replacement was handled—flawlessly. When I didn’t have a ride to pick up my car, Rick even offered to come pick me up from my apartment himself. That kind of customer service is rare these days. They’re skilled, reliable, kind, and professional. I’ve never had a bad experience, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. If you need any auto glass work in Long Beach—this is the place to go.

Short review: I’d highly recommend this place! Long review: My car got broken into and I needed my window replaced. I called around and got quotes but ended up coming here. They were really nice and were able to replace my window immediately. Last time my car window was broken, a mobile service came and once they were done, you could still hear the glass in the door after it was replaced. When I got my window replaced by international, they did a very thorough job getting all of the glass in the door and even inside the car on my back seats, an extra mile they did not need to do but did. Mobile repairs can be nice but it’s clear going to an actual place to get the window replaced does allow for more attention to detail. If my window is broken again, I will def be coming back!
