🚨 WARNING: DO NOT bring your car to this Safelite unless you want to be LIED TO and completely DISRESPECTED. 🚨 I scheduled my windshield replacement online and was given a drop-off time between 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM, with the guarantee that my car would be done by 5:00 PM. I dropped it off at 8:15 AM, expecting my appointment to be honored. Instead, they ignored my car all day and didn’t even START working on it until AFTER I called at 4:00 PM—just before closing! When I called at 4:00 PM, an employee lied and said they were still working on it and it would be done in an hour. At 5:00 PM, I called again, and they told me it wasn’t ready and that they’d “call when it was.” At this point, I drove over before they closed, only to find that no one was even working on my car! The service bay doors were wide open, leaving my personal belongings exposed for anyone to take. The level of disrespect from the staff was unreal. Instead of owning up to their failure, they had the nerve to tell me and my mother to “calm down” in a completely condescending and dismissive tone. That is not how you handle an angry customer—especially when YOU are the ones in the wrong. To make it even worse, they were blasting offensive music filled with racial slurs. To top it all off, they didn’t even finish calibrating my sensors and tried to force me to sign a liability waiver before I could take my car. Now I have to waste even more of my weekend time coming back for something that should have been done the first time. And let’s talk about the so-called “discount” for my troubles and experience I was promised. The manager, lied to me telling me he’d work with me on a $200 discount—only for me to find out later that they were actually offering me a pathetic $50 just to get me out of the shop. ⚠️ This place is a JOKE. They don’t care about your time, your appointment means NOTHING, and they will lie to you to cover up their incompetence. Take your business somewhere that actually respects its customers, because this Safelite clearly doesn’t. 🚨

Technician has an attitude and likes to talk back to the customer. Does not like anyone standing and watching him while he works. He was young and I understand. He put way to much silicone leeding to a bleed at the top of the glass which is now visible. I then called and spoke to the manager and he said he would correct the problem if I bring in the car. I did and he fixed the problem as he promised. That's what I call excellent service. Thank you Safelight.... I have taken the 5 star review back on 1/31/2025 and have re-evaluated the company to a 1 star and negative review for safelight and it's store manager Daniel. Previously I have said that he corrected the issue. But now I have a warranty problem that relates to the previous issue. The company made an appointment to come back out and redo the job. Technician Juan showed up on Friday 1/31/2025 and refused to honor the warranty. He claims he could not hear the whistling sound I have complained about. I told him that the sound is there, he didn't care. Same attitude as with the prevois technician, and they love to talk back to you. I told him to leave, and he then left. I then called back and was forced to speak with Daniel, that same manager I gave a 5 star review last week. He is choosing to support his employee, as well as his poor behavior, and refused to honor the warranty. They love to talk back to the customer and dishonor their company standards. And they lie. They didn't vacuum the car. Look at the pictures. Does that look vacuumed to you ??? I am so disgusted by this stupid company I called Geico who than put me in contact with the warranty department. They assured me that corporate management would now get involved to assure total and complete customer satisfaction. We shall see what happens next...after that my next phone call is to the state dept of insurance and state bureau of automotive repair investigators, as well as an attorney who specializes in warranty claims.

I would not recommend this location in Long Beach. It went bad from the beginning. I called the day before to make sure everything was up and set before my appointment. They called me the day of my appointment to confirm that we were going. Therefore, wouldn't that give you the impression that once you arrive, your car would be in the process of being worked on or fixed? Upon arrival, they informed my dad that they received the windshield but that it was broken. In which case, they would be unable to assist, and we would have to wait until the weekend (today is Thursday). I called back and spoke to the representative in the office, and she told me another story. She said that they didn’t receive the windshield. Why would they ask us to come in for an earlier appointment if the windshield was "broken or not in "? At this point, the company is MISLEADING, DECEIVING, and DISHONEST. They advised us to drive all the way to their other sister location in the valley. At this point, we've been inconvenienced in many ways. I asked/requested for their corporate office number, and the representative refused to provide it. I requested to speak to management in the Long Beach office, and she put me on hold. The representative came back on the line & suddenly there was a solution. She informed me that now they were able to work on my car. I ended up obtaining corporates office phone number by calling ALLSTATE. Keep in mind, my appointment was first thing this morning, and my car was fixed closer to closing time. Our time is of value, and there was no consideration of our time, work schedule, and transportation that we needed to get this done. Please refer to Yelp I’m not the ONLY one with the same complaint

This whole process was made easier with the hard working people from this shop location. I appreciate each of them and was so grateful and happy with the service I received. I started off working with Erica at the desk. She went out of her way to explain everything to me and made feel better about the whole process. Dakota was my technician who put in a beautiful temporary windshield. The one we needed was special ordered so Dakota fitted this temporary one on until it came in. Then he talked with his manager privately. Next thing I know, Dan, the manager, set us up with a mobile installation free of charge. And Abraham just left right now after doing the installation of the correct windshield. He was fast and very kind to talk with. I found a lot of value from going here. And if I need this service again I will ONLY come to this shop. Thanks, Jed (& Rich).

Dakota and the gentlemen at the front desk(sorry didn't catch your name), both were incredibly helpful and sweet with the whole experience. Had my windshield replaced a couple weeks back, and Dakota was very thorough with telling us the process and what was discovered when they removed the old windshield. They finished right at the estimated time. A couple days back I noticed some weird residue on the windshield while it was raining. Wiping it off didn't help and the wipers didn't get it off. So I went back today and the front desk gentleman was quick to help. I felt really dumb that all I needed was a foaming glass cleaner instead of windex, but he was kind regardless of me wasting his time. Thank you PCH Safelite team for making this whole experience smooth and easy!! ☺️✨️

What can I say my son scratched up the car window (dashboard), he alleges that he had no idea how it happened -- umm yeah right. Either way we could not drive around with a big scratch across the front dash so we had him call around for repair. Since he is 23 and already costing us a fortune, I wanted to pay cash not use insurance. Sure enough Safelite sent us Daniel. What a great young man. He called before he came, got it all done in about 60-90 minutes, no mess, no fuss, signed off and was polite on top of that. Oh did I mention we live in military housing? Yup and Daniel was able to get on base and be cleared enough to get things done without a whole lot of problems. Win - win. Well except I have a 23 yo telling me he will pay us back, I will not be holding my breathe.

I had the OEM windshield on my Maserati Levante replaced by Safelite Auto Glass, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The technician, Najit, was exceptional—punctual, knowledgeable, and extremely careful with my vehicle. He clearly had experience with high-end cars and made sure the OEM glass was installed perfectly. He also took the time to recalibrate all sensors correctly, ensuring everything functioned as it should. It's not easy trusting someone to work on a luxury car, but Najit and the Safelite team proved they’re up to the task. Highly recommended for anyone who values quality workmanship and professional service.

I traveled from Wisconsin to LA and got 2 small spiderwebbed chips that were connected on the bottom of my windshield. I wasn't sure if it was fixable and they told me they can sometimes make a good fix, but with chips like I had, it's very difficult. They tried, but sadly my windshield did not take the fix. Extremely professional, I absolutely can not emphasize how genuine they were. They're honest and gave it their best shot. I would comeback to this location in a heartbeat if I wasn't 2000 miles from home. Wonderful crew of smiling faces.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Had a great experience replacing a windshield at Safelite Long Beach! My glass tech, James, was helpful, explained the process, answered questions, and made sure I was good on the install after + ensured I didn't get charged for any materials not used. The OEE brand windshield looks good as OEM. Need a water test next. This Safelite is quite nice, well kept, clean garage bays, comfortable wifi waiting room, and professional staff. It was 100% worth it to drive a little farther to this location, highly recommend this Safelite crew / shop!

Excellent service from my local safelite. After install I went my local tint shop to set up a time to tint my new window. My tint guy immediately noticed that the defroster wires were damaged and showed me. I returned to safelite and they immediately set me up with a warranty replacement. Replacement went smooth and I’m very pleased with my outcome. Staff was very professional, friendly and did quick work. (Took off one star because I had to make more than one trip and the factory defect on the first window).
