Pioneer Auto Glass Replacement

Previously reviewed this location as 2 star. Lowering it because of the sincere absurdity of the situation. Windshield was broken by a rock while driving, I called this location and they said they could set up an appointment for 12 the next day. The workers arrived, over an hour and a half late. During this period, I was calling the business to ask about eta, etc. and receiving extremely limited updates and vague eta info. The management were not willing to give me any sort of discount for my inconvenience. The technician took off my broken windshield and calls me to say that they actually DON'T have the windshield my car needs. I come out as they are leaving to pick up the "mexican version of my windshield," (their words) which, surprise surprise, will be costing me more than they quoted me for initially. The technician leaves to GET LUNCH without even putting my *broken* windshield back on, so I have to sit in my car for over half an hour just so no one steals from my now entirely open car. At this point, I leave my initial 2 star review, as this experience was very confusing and stressful so far. The management sees this and has the receptionist call me to ask me to take the review down and offers to let me pay the *original* price instead of the new one. I say: I will take it down once the job is done, ok? the manager says: we would like it taken down before the job is done. At this point it FEELS like they are threatening to not finish the job if I don't take down the review of my honest experience. I take it down and the job gets done at around 4:30. This is 4 and a half hours after the initial appointment. I am leaving this review as a cautionary tale of my personal experience with the management and technicians of this business. If you choose to work with this business, just know you have been warned. I will NOT be taking this review down.

The glass repair technician was late by almost 2 hours after they gave me my appointment time. The receptionist never gave a follow up call to notify the technician was going to be late. When they showed up late it was an older man and his underage daughter who was clearly around 13 years old. They did the repairs but did a terrible job. The company stated that they were going to email me a receipt but now has blocked my calls and has taken down their number preventing any further contact. I have called and texted the number numerous times and have not received any receipt or call back. I have provided you with the email numerous times within the past few days and you stated that you received it. Even your "technician" stated the email address was sent to the "office" and to call after 5:30pm if it was not received. I have not received it. I called and have received nothing. You even stated that you received it via text on your company number the following day I called yet you have failed to send it. You can't tell me you sent it in a timely manner when it is not in my inbox or spam and haven't received it at all.

I highly recommend Pioneer Auto Glass Replacement!! If I can give them 10 stars here, I would love to do so. My car was broken into a day before, and it was very frustrating. A police was kind of sick and tired of dealing with this kind of stuff, and my insurance company did not even take care of this ( just postponed responding) I couldn't do anything. While I was searching on Google someone can help this situation, Pioneer was the only one providing me all the information very clearly (I called to 5 other places- their prices were way higher and customer service was not satisfying). I could even get a same day service and Pioneer came to my place only 2 hours after my first call. Price was very reasonable and affordable, their process was super fast (first call to set same day appmnt took 5 mins), finishing the job professionally and clean, and the best service+manner. Thank you all to the receptionist Nicole, Victor, and Haydi(sorry if this is not right)!

nicole, the person who answers the phone sounds extremely helpful until you schedule an appointment for the technician to come out and fix your window. i had my appointment scheduled for this past friday, i took off work early to make sure i wasn’t late, yet her technician arrived 2 1/2 hrs late!! nicole wasn't even keeping me updated with their eta. i had to keep reaching out to find out what the delay was. to make matters worse, they brought the wrong window…talk about a double whammy!!!!!! we rescheduled for sunday. she told me i would be their first customer for sunday 9am-10am, guess what? yes! technician was late yet AGAIN!!!!!!!! the same technician arrived at 11:40am; over 1 1/2 hr late!! not only is their communication worse than traffic on the 405, their punctuality is like waiting for leap year!! IF YOU CHERISH YOUR TIME…AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!

My car window needed fixing, and Pioneer Auto Glass did an amazing job. Everything went smoothly from the beginning. The staff there were super professional and friendly. They took the time to explain each step of the repair process clearly. The technician showed up exactly when they said they would and got right to work. They fixed the window quickly and did a fantastic job. It looks brand new! I was really impressed with how careful they were and how clean everything was when they finished. If you need to get an auto window repaired, I can't recommend Pioneer Auto Glass enough. Their service is excellent, and they clearly know what they're doing. They're definitely the best in the business! Thanks again for the great work!

My car got broken into and this was the first place I called. The receptionist was so kind and friendly. I wanted to get it fixed ASAP and she informed me she would be available same day and that they were available to come to me. The technician arrived promptly and got straight to work. They did an amazing job and even vacuumed the whole interior of my car. Their service was awesome! On top of all that, they were so reasonably priced especially considering they drove to me. 10/10 recommend, everyone that works here is kind and attentive. A broken window can be tough to deal with and these people made it a breeze to fix. Thanks to all the workers!

Someone broke the passenger window to steal items from our car...we called Pioneer and they answered right when they opened at 7 am. We were obviously agitated, but their receptionist Nicole was super supportive and friendly - she helped get us an appointment for a mobile technician to come out within 2 hours (we thought that was super fast...). When the technicians (Victor and Hadey) arrived, they were friendly and worked efficiently to vacuum up the broken glass, remove the door panel, and replace the window. This family run business is amazing. My car got broken into one night while at dinner and I had a flight out of town the next day, and they were the only ones who were able to come the next morning before my flight and fixed the window on the spot for me for cheaper than other places had quoted me. Nicole who does the booking is super friendly and communicative, and they went out of their way to help me when I had a second issue, free of charge. The techs also are super friendly and knowledgeable. They have integrity and care, and it shows. Cannot reccomend highly enough, thank you! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My recommendation for pioneer auto glass replacement is a 10/10. We needed a rear windshield replacement on a rainy day and we had to leave the vehicle because we were on our way to the port to catch a cruise. I left everything in their hands. Great service at a great price! Able to repair my window shield after a rock cracked it. 280$ in cash for my make and model in car. There's another nearby auto-repair shop in the same area, and when I asked, the quote to fix it was much higher, like 360$ if I recall. Easy to setup an appointment and they came to me to do the repair job, which went smoothly!
