had a broken window in the fixed part of an 1980’s era aluminum window frame. I reached out to Fast Glass and they asked for some pictures of the broken glass. They were easy to communicate with via text and quickly let me know they would be able to the replace the broken glass pane. They were readily available and we setup a time to fix it the next day. They arrived at the time they said they would. James was the technician who worked on the window and he was great. He was quick with the repair and even helped to fix a sliding part of this window and another window frame where the frame had separated from the glass. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to other vendors I spoke with. This place is well established, and they definitely know what they are doing. Family-owned and family ran.... The son of the owner did my new screens on the fly and on demand in less than 15 minutes, and literally gave me a deal that seriously could not be beat. I felt bad paying so little, it was that good of a deal.... made something that has been a headache for me for the past few months into something super-manageable and possible. Thank you James for your expert service. Impressed, to say the least, and I write this review in hopes that anyone reading it will realize that if you are in need of any window or screen service in the long beach CA area, this is a solid option and they are more than worthy of your business. Lauren is a stand up guy. Been using him for years. Initially called around, not a window/mirror knowledgeable guy, can’t tell you how many people tried to take advantage of me. Called Fast Glass and Instantly was treated with respect. Lauren answered all my questions and gave me the very best rate. His shop is easy to find. If you need to go to his shop, park in the Mexican Restraunt, and his gate and entrance is right there. Really appreciate helpful people like Lauren. Don’t write many reviews but it’s been well deserved for some time. If I could I’d give him a 10 stars. Thank you Fast Glass and Lauren!

After contacting fast glass, I set up an appointment on a Saturday (as I work Mon-Fri and live in LB) I brought three windows from my condo to them the glass was cracked on two and one had frame damage. He was very cordial and professional he replaced the glass in the two windows at a very reasonable price and did not charge to fix the frame on my third window (awesome) while I waited. Called and spoke with one of James employees who said they could indeed put glass in two cabinet doors and make 4 glass shelves. They said just bring them in and tempered glass would take one day to order and turnaround would be 2 days. Sent my designer there at $120.00/ hour just to be told by the owner James they don’t do any such thing! Fast Glass really helped me out on a Friday afternoon. My dog had broken the front large window of my house. I contacted Fast Glass and they were able to make it within an 1 1/2 hrs of me calling. They were so quick. It took less then 10 minutes to replace the glass. I highly recommend their services. They were also inexpensive for last minute and for such a large window. I have some other window needs and discussed that with them. I am definitely using them for those replacements.

The guys at fast glass were great. I was in a bind and had to have my window repaired that day and for a reasonable price. When I got to fast glass the guys were nice, personable, and quick to start replacing the glass in my window sash. My window was repaired in less than fifteen minutes and the price for my repair was more than reasonable. The price was easily $10 - $15 cheaper than any other glass shop I looked into. I'm sure these guys will be able to fix any window issue you may have.
