What a bad service!! After they changed my windows, it was a fight with this company. First they left me with the glass badly assembled, the rearview mirror loose and the windshield washer nozzles disconnected. I took it back and they told me that the glass had to be disassembled and reassembled. I took it back and they told me that they had assembled and disassembled it and the glass was the same. I took it back and now they tell me that the glass had to be changed because it was bad and that they had to change the mouldings because they are bent from so much disassembling and assembling, but that they had to order them. I took it back and they told me that the person who helped me last time did not order the mouldings. Now I have to wait for my order to arrive. They really do a very bad job, both the technical service and the administrative staff. It is not possible, that in the 5 times I have taken the car they never know what needs to be done to the car, they do not write down the history of the car. Very bad, I hope I never have to need their services. I requested the services of this company because they told me they were the best. Totally false, they are the worst. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!

I took my car to get the glass replaced on April 12th. They replaced the glass, but when they returned the car to me there was a puncture in my leather of the center console and a scratch on the shifter. I told the assistant manager immediately upon noticing the damage, she took photos and told me that the manager would call me Monday to discuss how to fix the damage. I did not hear from the manager. So after many calls to the generic customer service line and my own insurance company, finally the manager called and left me a voicemail on April 19. The manager left a phone number in his voicemail, but I have not been able to connect with anyone at the shop, and the phone number provided only rang but no one ever picks up. On April 19 the manager stated he would call back by Tuesday. It is now April 30, and I have yet to be contacted again by anyone. The shop seems to be giving me the run around and waiting for me to give up on getting them to fix the damage they did to my car. Do not go to this shop.

I had windshield replacement on January 2nd and on Jan. 6th with the first freezing rain & snow I had rain and ice on the inside of the cabin. The built in windshield defroster never worked and perhaps was never connected. The windshield is sticking out atleast 1/8" further than the OEM and now I pray that I do not have to break hard as I am uncertain that the entire windshield won't go flying off the vehicle. I can't contact safelite by phone of the location that performed the service or safelite customer service. The first call I could hear people speaking spanish and a TV or radio in the background and what sounded like toddlers or vary small children on the phone. BIG HELP there safelite. Called customer service who connected me to the service location, rings twice then crickets. Three tries with same results. The automated CS number continuously puts you in a loop that goes back to the service location and crickets. This company is a despicable SCAM and my next call is to my attorney.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They'll show up late, 5 mins in he says there's a problem. He called his manager and was going to have to look into it. Leaves. Never calls back, Manager never calls back. I set up a new appointment, They still dont call, don't show up. After 5 hours on the phone between getting a robo caller to hang up on me and false promises. Thank manager finally calls me back, says he will look into it and he will call back in 5 mins. After another 3 hours, I call and have to have a district manager reach out to get anywhere. I ask if they can replace the windshield without the window molding, and they refuse service. 0/100 if I could the total Incompetency is mind blowing. They have been making the Z body style for over 20 years and they don't know how to replace them. They said they could not remove the A Pillars. I removed them in 10 mins. This location does not know what they are doing. Avoid.

I would recommend second guessing anything the receptionist tells you. I called last week to ask about getting my replacement done in Brookfield, at my place of employment, she quickly said “No, we will not replace your windshield in Brookfield, we will only replace your windshield in the city of Waukesha” I had the replacement done today, at my house in Waukesha, to later be told by the technician, that they do travel to Brookfield. Horribly customer service at the office in Waukesha.

The tech was a little later than I would have liked, but I'm sure that was because of bad weather at his earlier appointments. I fully understand. And I loved the fact that he kept me posted. I wasn't just waiting and expecting him. I knew roughly when he'd arrive. And once he arrived, he did fantastic work and got it done quickly and efficiently. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I shopped around, and Safelite had the best price, too. They really are a great outfit.

Husband took his car in after THEY missed coming to our house for his scheduled appointment. Ended up making the crack significantly worse now costing us an entire new windshield repair right before we’re supposed to take the car on a trip. Absolutely ridiculous their mistake is costing us. Also took over an hour and half just to be told they can’t do anything now that it’s too damaged. See a like this is a consistent problem with them and kinda scamy.

be aware of the calibration fee. I was quoted $400 for my windshield and the small note at the bottom, additional fees may apply for calibration. All of a sudden a $522 calibration fee is added. They said they don't know the calibration fee on such short notice. I called a different company for a quote and they were able to provide me with an accurate estimate with calibration costs over the phone.

What a terrible place! The people are jerks and customer service is miserable. You can’t call the place as all you get is a one 800 number and a computer system that will not let you talk to a real person. Three times they ordered new glass because they kept breaking it as they were bringing it in or installing it.. even tried two locations. Just awful people - stay away if at all possible!

Location is good, desk attendance was also very professional and attentive, but I dock 1-star for the fact you cannot contact the location directly. Everything via phone must route through a central office which is a terrible communication policy, even just to check how far along a repair is. Definitely a sore spot they should address seeing as service is more than half their mission.
