The building said on the door it opens at 9 in the morning so I made a appointment at 10 this morning to get my rear windshield fixed and showed up 30 mins early thinking I could get in and out and go about my day but none of the workers didn’t show up till 10:30 and when I walked in I was told the one guy who did show up only does tints. Very unprofessional just dropped my car off as well and they said it would take 3 hours when I’ve had my windows replaced before and it takes about a hour. I had a remote start with alarm installed today and was very impressed. Bill was the gentleman I worked with and he was very professional and went through the different options with each system and additional upgrades that could be done I'm taking our 2nd vehicle in for remote start and window tinting next weekend. Thanks again for the great service and I highly recommend this place if your in the market for a remote start/car alarm.

I scheduled an appointment for the technician to come between 11-3:00. No one called or showed up by 3:00. I called Safe Auto glass and they said the technician was running late. I called again after 5 and I was told the technician was still coming. No one ever called or showed up. If you don't want my business, just say so!

I've used this business for MANY vehicles. My Traverse, my wife's Mazda CX-5, a Enclave, and had my Niece go there, and a couple of co-workers. I had. Remote start installed by Bill in my truck. He did an awesome job. Hid the wires and put everything back like he didn't even touch it. He also hooked up some strobe lights in the front and rear of truck as well as didthe remote door lock actuators. I would recommend to anyone I know!!!ServicesService not listed

Showed up to a closed building for a windshield replacement that I had called them for. Called them and they told me to go to the 27th St location in Milwaukee. Manager that I spoke to over the phone was very arrogant and condescending. Give your money to a business that appreciates its customers.

Terrible customer service and very disrespectful. I called asking a question about my windshield that act like I didn’t know what I was talking about dude got very disrespectful with me and called me all type of disrespectful names.

Don't even bother contacting They kept trying to tell me my car has features it definitely doesn't have then said they didn't have my windshield and hung up on me for disagreeing Honestly more confused than anything

My back windshield was broken by a piece of ice in Chicago off of semi truck they came to my hotel room and fix it for me thank you for the good work and they clean up the mess
