100 series Land Cruiser/LX 470 owners look no further. This is the shop to install your windshield. These vehicles are notorious for having improper installation that lead to a myriad of other issues down the line. I came to them a couple days after having another shop install the windshield. The previous shop made some critical errors that required fixing. I brought the vehicle to Jeff and within seconds he diagnosed the problems and alleviated my concerns. A couple days later he was able to properly fix the molding, etc. He was happy to show me the work he was doing so I knew it was done correctly. I greatly appreciate his knowledge and attention to detail. Bottom line, if you value experience, kindness, and a job done right (even on a vehicle that is notorious for improper installations) then Premier Auto Glass is the place to go. Also, the shop manager Dave could not have been nicer. Thanks again for a job well done!

I brought my 2013 ford escape in to have the rear window replaced after some jerk tried to break in just before a major event. It was so stressful because I needed my car fixed YESTERDAY. I must say that the service I received at Premiere Auto Glass was worth the drive. They’re a little off the beaten path, but the work is good and done at a reasonable price. They even fit me in early, and facilitated an exchange for me when the warehouse accidentally delivered the wrong tint on my new window! Staff is friendly and kind, which is all I could ask for after what I went through this week. As a lady dealing with this by herself, it’s always intimidating, you wonder if you’re being taken for a ride, not so, here. I felt safe and well taken care of. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. THANK YOU PREMIER AUTO GLASS!

This place is fantastic. Nice customer service, not a long wait, reasonable price, and a majorly big thank you to AJ the guy overseeing doing the windshield replacement!!! He's very observant, when we first came in he came back out and asked if it was due to the scratches because he didn't see anything cracked. Then after it was done I forgot or didn't notice my personally important tiny cross on a chain that was in my pocket had come out. He came right up and asked if that was mine. I said my mother gave that to me and I keep it in my car, so I just can't thank him enough for not having me wonder later what happened to it. Really good place to go, we got a solar tinted windshield on we didn't request and that was a big plus. Not sure if they come that way, that was great!

Great service, quality work, and they saved me close to $900 on my 2015 RX 350 windshield replacement. PAG was the first to tell me the difference between “Lexus” glass and the company that makes “Lexus” glass. It comes down to the Lexus logo. So if you’re into logos go for it! Highly recommend. But they are a little hard to find in Waukesha because your GPS will screw you up (i.e. Lincoln Avenue....they are on Lincoln but not the Avenue). Find the BP station on 59/164 in Waukesha (by the Golden Corral) turn out of there, go straight through the intersection and they’re about 1 block down! Outstanding, honest, and quality. I called three places to get quotes for our college son's 2016 Subaru Outback. Like many modern vehicles, it has different collision mitigation sensors. I called Premier and they were the only one that HONESTLY informed us that our vehicle didn't need calibration. Let me repeat - the only company that didn't take the pay day of calibration that nearly everyone takes, even though it's dishonest. Subaru's cameras are in the headliner and as such, aren't in need of calibration with a windshield replacement. Tisk tisk, dishonesty can be prosperous but it's still dishonest. 5/5 stars for Premier. The secretary Jasmine and owner were fantastic. Highly recommend.

Extremely disappointed. Needed small chip on window repaired. Repair looked as if nothing had been done. Service advisor agreed Tech did not do the job at all but also made the mistake of sealing the chip so that now nothing could be done but replace the whole windshield. Money was returned and was told to just live with it until the whole windshield cracked. What started out as a low cost no insurance repair turned into a high cost insurance claim which I had done by another company as I just couldn't trust that they could do the job right after this experience. The first time they came out, they did not bring a windshield seal for the 40 year old truck of mine. (They don't carry them, Ill have to find one) They notify me of this after they broke the windshield worse in the truck. So I found a seal, in 8 minutes, before they left. Second appointment they gave me a call, left a message they would be there in 25 minutes. I called them back 9 minutes later to tell them what garage it was in. ( we turned around) Perfect Can you turn around again? The job is have done. The windshield lock is out. The wipers are off from the first appointment. The windshield hisses and leaks. I forgot to leave this review when they did my repair. I had someone break into my INFINITI Q60 through my sunroof! After calling 6 glass companies and Milwaukee INFINITI, no one wanted to do the repair because it's a little bit of a project. Jasmine, answered my call, and worked on the parts and labor swiftly, and patched it up in the interim with some plastic. Premier Auto Glass, hands down is one of the best automotive repair experiences I've had. Thank you Jasmine for fixing my new car I got a month ago, and now I have a unit with a garage. You guys are great. Everyone should go here to get glass repaired.

I was visiting family in Wisconsin and a tree fell on my car just days before my drive back to Virginia. The glass place the insurance company listed could not schedule my car for repair until the day I was supposed to drive home. I called Premier Auto Glass and they had me bring the car in that same day and even though there was more damage than anticipated, they were able to obtain the parts and have them delivered overnight. My car was recently broken into, and the rear passenger window was shattered. I called Premier Auto Glass late on a Friday afternoon, and the owner agreed to come in on Saturday morning, even though they aren't typically open on Saturdays. I waited in a clean, well-lit waiting room while the work was being completed, which took about an hour. They did a great job and I thought the price was very reasonable. Could have done without the "Don't Trust the Liberal Media" sign in the front window, but will let that slide due to the great service I received. Would definitely recommend!
