Hey, swung by one of their booths after a rock fell off of a truck and hit my windshield. I had the windshield professionally sealed by Trinity auto glass at the end of August, in October We had a couple of cold days and even though my small little rock chip had been sealed my entire windshield is cracked all the way across and now must be replaced. This never should’ve happened and I’m extremely unhappy. Will never go here again and could not recommend them to anybody.

Mike was friendly and fast. He handled most of the talking with insurance, which was great. He anwsered all of my questions and was helpful with understanding the whole process. I will definitely be coming back to him, seeing how I'm prone to rock chips. I will also be recommending him to anyone with a chip.

Mike was amazing and walked me through filing my glad claim all while her fixed the rock chip in my windshield. I've driven past him for years, and when the rock hit my windshield I drove directly to Mike's stand. Thank you Mike for all your help, give Nala a chin scratch for me! 😀❤️
