Was supposed to have glass done on Thursday had to call to multiple times when didn’t show on time to find out said Van was broke down would be down on Friday once again didn’t show on time no call had to call multiple times same excuse made another appointment for Sunday call ten minutes before appointment time after having to move the vehicles from Olympia to Yelm because that’s where he wanted them done to say it’s raining and can’t do it told him I have a covered area for them to be done no response (go figure) finally tells me at 2:30 our appointment was at noon that his employee has the van and can’t get I’m in touch with him more excuse’s very unprofessional wouldn’t use this business for anything

Set an appt. for front glass to be replaced on 7.29.25. Tom arrived early. Got straight to it. After removal of glass, discovered some rust developing, rather then mask over it as the prior glass installer did years past [causing the rust to develop], he ground it off, thoroughly cleaned the frame perimeter, sealed it. Reversed the windshield gasket to fit inside the opening, [very clean look], prior installer used (incorrect weather stripping). Set the glass, finished. No excuses, no whining, no dragging out the process. Straight forward, clean, no mess in vehicle or on the ground. A man who takes pride in his profession, honest, more then fair costs.

We had some huge cracks in our vehicle window and called around for quotes. A-Z was not only substantially cheaper, but they also come right to your house and do the work on site. They wound up with the wrong windshield, so they sealed off the vehicle for the night and came back with a new windshield a day later. They replaced it and it looks great! I will use A-Z for all of my car window work in the future. I won't even bother getting quotes next time. I had (have) a leak that no one could find in 3 years. I found Tom through a referral. He came out along with Zach and within 30 minutes found where the leak was coming from. Unfortunately for me it wasnt a glass problem but a body problem. At least now I can go back to the dealership with more knowledge than they have and get it fixed. I had my passenger side front window smashed in while I was at an appointment. I called around to a few places to see if they could get me in for a new window the same day, so I didn’t have to drive my kids around with a shattered window. Tom got to my house 1 hour after I called him and was able to fix and completely clean up all of the glass very quickly! Both guys were friendly and did an awesome job with my car. He charged me WAY less than I was quoted from a few other places. Their customer service is top notch! I highly recommend these guys!

Tom showed up to my house and installed a new windshield in my service truck. Tom was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Great fast service ordered rear window for my 2003 Honda pilot it was here in 2 days .Great gental man and I think it was his kid that was his helper showed up and got the job done .Very professional job .I even heard him shaking out the loose glass from back hatch did not leave a mess .I recommend this company to all that needs glass work done.
