When I had first called them to explain what is needed for my windshield replacement it went smooth and professional, they got back to me in a timely manner. They told me a rough price of the installation and a rough price if rust repair was needed. A couple of days go by and it’s the day of the install. The tech told me I need to go grab POR-15, which I thought was odd he didn’t have that in his van as they said the techs can take care of potential rust on the vehicles windshield surround. I went to go grab it and then the tech started to apply it. I have never used POR-15 so I was trusting the tech and didn’t bat an eye on what was going on. The tech did not mask the area off and got a splatter on my pristine seat from 1987(he let it drip down) and got splatters all over the paint. He also spilt it all over himself which lead to my concrete being stained and didn’t even apologize or offer to clean it up. The tech left with the old windshield’s glass shards all over the interior and driveway. Gave no care of another persons vehicle. I am pretty upset, as this truck is well taken care of and is now stained forever because of someone’s lack of care. I’ve contacted them in regards to the issues I’ve experienced and have gotten no response.

Honesty with a heaping scoop of Integrity! A rock decided to give me a bad day with a starburst right in my line of vision. Called around and these guys had the best price by far. Scheduled the repair and they showed up on time. Now, they could have just replaced the windshield for over $1400. However the owner inspected the crack and offered to work on sealing it and maybe saving me the big bill. He spent several minutes working on it and managed to reduce the visible size of the crack to an acceptable level. Best of all, he didn't charge me anything other than some good conversation. I Very Highly Recommend the Auto Glass Guys!

IN AND OUT IN NO TIME. I called and discussed a chip in my windshield with Trevor. It was already late afternoon, and he asked if he could schedule me for the next morning to get the chip filled, but I wasn't going to be available for that time slot. So he told me that if I could swing by his location, he could take care of me immediately. I pulled up, and Trevor was waiting for me by his service van and got to work instantly. He was done in no time, and I was on my way. Very reasonably standard pricing and quick service. I'll be using Auto Glass Guys from now on.

This was my first time having a windshield replaced at home rather than taking my minivan in. The service was wonderful! They showed up when promised. Glass was installed quickly. They gave me the correct windshield for the vehicle, unlike the last repair I had, and it is a noticeable difference. When I had a question a week later about something that turned out to have nothing to do with the repair, they still came by, checked it out, and pointed me to someone who could fix it. I cannot say enough good things about the Auto Glass Guys. Thank you Trevor!

I got SO lucky coming across Autoglass guys. My drivers door window was stuck down. I called on a sat afternoon and Trevor the owner offered to come out the next day! Sunday no less! He let me know the part I'd probably need so I ran and grabbed it. He came out right on time, fixed it quickly and didn't want to charge me because the part he thought was needed wasn't broken. He also gave me a fantastic price on replacing a windshield on my 75 Blazer. He'll be the only one I call from now on. Best part, they come to you!

I wish I had good experience like every one else. Trever put windshield in 3 days later ding and crack and spread. I told him what happened and he said I was still under warranty. He tried to repair and the spread is still there. He would replace windshield. He's been no show four times, he have forgot, the day he was to show he claimed windshield came in damaged. He did not call to let me know. I will not recommend anyone to him. Go to Safelite! Better windshield. Better customer service

I wanted to surprise my husband today. His window has been broke for some time and I used his truck today. Not only did the owner answer the phone right away. He went the extra mile to get the windshield today put it in and be done before my husband could be home Excellence all the way!! Gave me two follow up calls on the way to my place to let me know how long they would be. Great customer service. I am extremely impressed. It seemed to be one thing after another but with someone cracking my front passenger window and smashing my rear passenger window was icing on the cake. I was on vacation (flying out when it happened) and while calling around, I got no where really until I called auto glass guys! He installed my new windows the day after I got back. My kids are safe in the back seat again. I am so grateful, 100% Recommend!

I've had to have windows replaced a few times from different company's and the people at Glassguys are the best. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I called and they answered immediately. Got my appointment set for the same day and it took less then an hour. Way better then dealing with Safelite or any other glass company I've gone through. Recommend 100% 10/10 best experience.
