UPDATE. See bottom. Oct 2014. I have a 2015 Chevy Tahoe and needed the front windshield replaced. I called multiple shops and that included Major AutoGlass. I reached Gina and all I can say is WOW. She pulled up the quote promptly just like the other shops. She told me I needed calibration for the windshield since I have all the fancy lane departure alerts, just like the other shops. She took the time to help me explain why they could still come to me because of the different types of calibration, UNLIKE the other shops. Gina was professional and personable. As promised and on time if not a bit early Levi showed up to do the replacement. Just as professional & personable as Gina!! My son's 2007 jeep needs a windshield replacement as well, and when I am ready I will only call them. Thanks guys for showing me a truly amazing customer service experience. Feb 2025 - wouldn't you know it...I got a rock chip in my pretty windshield. Of course my 1st & only call was to Gina who promptly sent Levi out to save the day. Once again best customer service, responsive & reliable. I appreciate you more than you know.

The quality and professionalism of Levi set the bar for auto glass repair/replacement in the area. He was able to provide great service on the same day I called & answered all of my questions. He arrived exactly on time & with his 10+ years of experience he was in and out in less than an hour. Had an unfortunate furniture hauling incident and ended up with a large spider-webbing crack in my passenger side windshield. I reached out over the weekend and received a quote back first thing Monday morning. They were a good 15% cheaper than other big name services I got quotes from. Their office staff were prompt and friendly on the phone and I was able to schedule the same day. My technician Levi gave me a call when he was on the way, and he walked me through the entire process with kindness and professionalism. He was done in under an hour and everything looks perfect. I cannot recommend them enough!

I’m so glad I got refunded to Levi from Major Autoglass. Fir starters I spend Ny entire morning going from one Autoglass place to another all over Tacoma only to hear “sorry we can’t do that” I called Levi and he gave me a time which he followed up with. After he took a look at my car he said this will be no problem. He was done in less than 30 min and didn’t charge me a arm and a leg for it. I highly recommend before you go to these corporate companies you give Levi a call, with my experience of excellent and timely service I promise you won’t regret it.

Major Auto Glass was a life saver! My brand new Toyota got a rock through the back quarter panel window from the neighbors lawn mowing. Even the dealership said they couldn’t repair the window for me because it was a glued on window and not bolted. After calling several places, major auto glass was able to fix my window as well as come to me and the price was $100 less than what the dealer originally quoted me! Thank you Levi and his helper! They were very professional, friendly and quick.

I call them from Oregon, and i have appt set after i talk with the office, they were booked till 3:00 pm next day ,for 4:30-5:00 pm after dark same day we found a Wallmart near by with enough light to work on my Kenworth truck. Their tehnicians wait for me untill 6:45 pm, i hit heavy trafic fron I-94 to HWY 18 south In less than one hour nice and clean. Price for glass, labor plus road service was very fair and corect unlike other guy ask me almost twice their price. Thank you . Danny

Levi was amazing ! He went above and beyond to help me and answered all questions I had. He was super polite and even helped take part of my bumper that has been dragging, completely off so I wouldn’t struggle in the future. This company is very honest and I appreciate the work the did for my window, as well as car especially it being same day ! What an awesome experience with this company!! This is the 2nd time I have used this company and this time it was for my personal SUV The first time I hired them for a work van that had a window smashed. Both experiences were stellar! Levi is very professional, courteous, and detailed in the work he does. His office staff got me scheduled right away and gave me the price upfront! Highly recommend!!
