The Driver rear side window blessing! Auto Glass Express has been an excellent experience in this ongoing ordeal I’ve been going through with my vehicle. From introduction to end they’ve made my first time experience with auto glass replacement a great one. I’ve been quoted high end prices to told my only option was to drive hours away just for a window. That was our option until I received a callback from Kate to quoting me a fair and reasonable price! Her top notch impressionable customer service drew me to go with them. Once we got there we felt like apart of the auto family. Greeted with a smile and cold beverage they made a 1 hour job feel like 30 minutes. Kate’s welcoming and willing to serve attitude really compelled me to write this review. I can’t say enough good things about Auto Glass Express. They went above and beyond’s beyond to ensure my experience was seamless, efficient, and stress-free. From the moment I contacted them, their customer service team was attentive, friendly, and professional. What really blew me away was the technician’s expertise. They not only replaced my windshield but took extra time to ensure everything was perfectly aligned and secure. They explained the entire process in detail and answered all my questions. It was clear they genuinely cared about the quality of their work and my satisfaction. To top it all off, the pricing was incredibly reasonable for the level of service I received. I feel like I got more than what I paid for, which is rare these days. My car was broken into and I needed my rear drivers side window replaced. There was glass everywhere. I was quoted over $800 with safelite- so I kept looking. This location was able to get squeeze me in for an appointment in less than 24 hours. I paid less than $300 for my window repair and it was completed within 2 hours. My only complaint is that as I drove off, I could still hear shards of glass in my door (which later settled and quieted down). Although the majority of my backseat was cleaned well, there were still a few pieces of glass the size of my pinky nail in between the seat. But the window works well and does it’s job. Now that the glass has settled I can’t hear it anymore. I would recommend this place. Just be prepared to get a more thorough detail of the glass so you don’t cut yourself.

We live in Maryland and were having trouble finding someone to replace my husband's rear windshield. Everywhere I called spoke to me in a gross, condescending way when I was trying to explain the situation. I spoke with Jimmy at Auto Glass Express in Alexandria and he was immediately super helpful and had no problem listening and offering suggestions and expertise. We were in and out with a new rear windshield in less than 24 hours and we had dropped off at 6pm the previous evening. It was done by 11am the next day. Upon pickup, Jimmy went over everything with my husband and said a cheerful hello to me while I was waiting in the car. Absolutely 100% recommend. Worth the travel for us.

It was my first time using AGE and I have to say, they were exceptional. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was great, he answered all of my questions and had a very positive attitude. Once I arrived I was able to meet him and I have to say, still the great positive attitude and positive energy. Excellent customer service. I had my sunroof glass repaired. I couldn’t believe that I was in and out in 15 minutes. The waiting area was nice, they offered free soda’s and water with a couches and Roku. The gentleman handed me the remote and said I could watch anything I would like. The work is guaranteed for life. If I ever need glass repaired again, I will be back.

The back window of my Genesis needed replacing and no one, not Safelite nor any of the actual Genesis dealerships in the area, could replace it. Then I found Auto Glass Express! Not only did they do expertise work in only an hour but they kept me abreast of the entire process when the company was late delivering the glass to them. It was always a very pleasant experience speaking with Jimmy who was always upbeat, friendly, confident, and energetic. Nowadays it’s hard to find people that enjoy what they do so it was a pleasure to do business with this company. I’d drive 45 minutes to get to them again for the expertise and incredible service!

Auto Glass Plus was Absolutely Amazing!! They have the best customer service and a fast turn around. I had to replace my entire windshield and I spoke to Jimmy on the phone. He was very fast in getting me scheduled and made me feel very confident that they would do a great job. The receptionist was very pleasant and made sure my visit in the waiting room was comfortable and offered me a beverage and the tv remote so I would have something to do while I waited. The whole crew at Auto Glass was superb and will definitely go back if I need more work done. You guys are really outstanding . Thank you guys soo very much. I am 100% satisfied 👍👍😊😊

I’m so thankful I came across Auto Glass Express. First, they were one of the only glass places open on the weekend. Second, their price was much more reasonable than another place I had called for a quote. When I arrived, Jimmy, the store manager, was friendly and reassuring. I hung out in their lounge area while they replaced my window quickly. The window matched my factory tint and worked. Also, the window work comes with a guarantee if any issues arise. I was really surprised to have such a great experience at a auto glass place, but I did! I will recommend them over and over again.

I have been here twice now. The first time was to have a crack repaired and the 2nd time was to have the entire windshield replaced through my insurance. Both times the staff have been extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. I feel like they do a really good job, but also do the job in a very timely manner. I was able to get appointments for both times very easily and they guarantee their work. I would definitely recommend this place for any glass repair you may need on your vehicle. They are also recommended by my insurance company (Progressive).

I just recently took my 2017 Mini Cooper to auto glass express, and I am extremely happy with the results. Here’s also a bonus. I’ve made a mistake in the kind of windshield I had, which resulted in ordering the wrong windshield! , However they were able to figure it out immediately and order the correct windshield, after ordering the wrong windshield because of my mistake! These guys are fast, diligent and provide high-quality customer service! I Will definitely bring all my vehicles to the shop!
