I searched everywhere all the shops but the only one that had the window was 911 auto glass he assured me that they had it went and picked it up and put it in. They are the best and they saved the day because I went 5 days without a window because everyone said they didn’t have it or they would have to order it which would take 7-10 business days they did the job the same day and in a timely matter and wasn’t expensive I really appreciate them and would recommend everyone to go to them if they need glass car window repair.

I stumbled upon Auto Glass Alexandria using Google search. Unsure if they traveled to Southern Maryland. The representative Sulaiman was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Able to schedule me the same day which was a blessing due to my car being burglarized that morning my emotions were at a disarray. He arrived in the timeframe stated, his rates beat SAFELITE by a lot and the service was top tier! I pray to not have to use their services again however I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone in need! Thank you for being a blessing in disguise.

The Driver rear side window blessing! Auto Glass Express has been an excellent experience in this ongoing ordeal I’ve been going through with my vehicle. From introduction to end they’ve made my first time experience with auto glass replacement a great one. I’ve been quoted high end prices to told my only option was to drive hours away just for a window. That was our option until I received a callback from Kate to quoting me a fair and reasonable price! Her top notch impressionable customer service drew me to go with them. Once we got there we felt like apart of the auto family. Greeted with a smile and cold beverage they made a 1 hour job feel like 30 minutes. Kate’s welcoming and willing to serve attitude really compelled me to write this review. We called Auto glass Atlantic City, NJ Mobile Wind shield Repair and Replacement Specialists when just as I am leaving to go out of town tonight my wind shield cracks and so they had a guy out to fix my wind shield within an hour. He took his time, did a professional job, and for a very reasonable price, they very gently assured me that if I was not 100% satisfied with the work they did, they would work on it, and they would work it out until I was satisfied. Fairly obvious he knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend these guys. Thanks again.

I rarely leave reviews but I had to share the experience I had. My car was broken into, the driver window shattered. I found Elmer on google and chose his services based on the good reviews. I called at 8am on a Monday morning. He answered right away and asked exactly what I needed done, the make/model of the car, etc. He said he would give me a call back and did within the next 5 minutes, confirming he had the parts and would be available from 12-1 the same day. He then sent a confirmation text and asked for my address. I was surprised and a bit skeptical he was doing house calls but I took the chance anyway. Elmer and his son arrived 22 minutes early and went straight to work. They were done within the hour. They vacuumed all the shattered glass among other debris in the car. When he called to tell me he was done, I saw him wiping down my monitor and other surfaces in the car. (I was planning to get an interior detail afterward but changed my mind when he was done). Elmer demonstrated how the doors operated perfectly. He even used a window that was manufactured from the same company as my windshield. He provided me with a receipt and was extremely pleasant. His service was so wonderful I asked if he does other car related work/repairs. Although he only fixes glass, he sent me some recommendations of his colleagues. And while I hope I don’t need him in the future, I’m glad I now have a reliable person/company to call on. Thank you so much Elmer for making this experience stress-free. I would 1000% recommend Elmer for auto glass repair.

Most places were giving me high quotes, long waits, extra fees for at home repair and all the people I spoke to generally weren't very helpful or friendly. Tyrone (the owner) just left our premises, and I wanted to share this review as quickly as possible, because talk about going above-and-beyond! On-time, on budget (cheaper than the competition), great customer service, and excellent communications! First, I've been burned with a competitor of Nu Pro about 3 years ago. I won't name them here, but let's just say that they tend to be at the top of search results, and they're a bigger company. And they have terrible customer service--we wound up with multiple missed appointments and an overbilling issue. It took a long time to get the work done and an even longer time to resolve the billing issue. Tyrone and Nu Pro made life easy. They made the appointment (day before yesterday, 5/18/20) and they communicated when he was on his way, and then showed up on time. The estimate was exactly the charged amount, and also...he's just a nice guy. You can tell that he works hard to make his customers happy. He also disclosed that he'd had the kind of night that would rightfully keep anyone AWAY from their job the next day, but he was on time and on point. I can't say enough good things about a business like this. Listen if you need great quality service in a hurry this is where you want to be. I came back to my car from a trip out of town and found my and two other cars broken into. The current time was 6:50 am. I looked for a glass repair place nearby, made a call and had a mobile appointment to get my vehicle repaired for 8am. The tech got there before 8, was very courteous and polite. He informed me it would take about 45 minutes. He finished in even less time. He did a great job cleaning up the broken glass and putting in the new one. I was done before 9 am and was able to continue my day as if nothing happened. I wish the reason for using their service wasn't so bad because i would use them every time. Excellent service and customer service.
