Nu Pro Mobile Auto Glass

Tyrone (the owner) just left our premises, and I wanted to share this review as quickly as possible, because talk about going above-and-beyond! On-time, on budget (cheaper than the competition), great customer service, and excellent communications! First, I've been burned with a competitor of Nu Pro about 3 years ago. I won't name them here, but let's just say that they tend to be at the top of search results, and they're a bigger company. And they have terrible customer service--we wound up with multiple missed appointments and an overbilling issue. It took a long time to get the work done and an even longer time to resolve the billing issue. Tyrone and Nu Pro made life easy. They made the appointment (day before yesterday, 5/18/20) and they communicated when he was on his way, and then showed up on time. The estimate was exactly the charged amount, and also...he's just a nice guy. You can tell that he works hard to make his customers happy. He also disclosed that he'd had the kind of night that would rightfully keep anyone AWAY from their job the next day, but he was on time and on point. I can't say enough good things about a business like this. Had the unfortunate luck of someone breaking into my car, and needed to have my passenger windows replaced. Found Tyrone of Nu Pro Mobile Auto glass, and I am so glad I did. Tyrone was able to work with me to find the exact glass for my 2019 Cherokee. He was talking with me the entire time leading up to the repair, letting me know the specific brand / model of the glass to ensure I got the best parts. He came directly my house and knocked out the work in no time. I could tell he is the best at what he does due to his attention to detail and overall attitude towards the job. His prices are far better than that of your major name glass repair shops. I hope my windows don't break again, but if they do, I know who I'll be calling. Nu Pro made a really stressful situation so much easier. I contacted other companies recommended by my insurance, but they had no available appointments for nearly a week, with a five hour appointment window - with Nu Pro, I had a two hour appointment window the next morning. The cost was also below competitors' quotes. Tyrone was exactly on time, helpful and friendly, and very quick. The replaced window looks great. I would definitely use Nu Pro again, and have already recommended it to all my friends and family in the area.

Tyrone was fantastic -- called him this morning, got a very fair quote, and he was at my place a couple of hours later. The whole process was extremely smooth and he was able to repalce my windshield quickly. He was professional and a great guy to talk to as well. I'll be recommending him to EVERYBODY, and next time I have windshield issues (hopefully not too soon) I will absolutely be calling him back. Thank you for your help!!

Above and beyond customer service is all I can say. The gentleman was willing to coordinate and reschedule multiple appointments for my convenience. Did the job extremely fast and well and was super professional and polite. Additionally, the cost of service was well below what my insurance and Safelite wanted to charge for the same service. I hope I never need to but if I do, I will be calling Nu Pro for my windshield repairs.

Great experience overall experience getting my windshield replaced. I enjoyed that the mobile service comes to me versus me having to take time out of my busy day to drive to a location, drop off my car or sit around waiting. Instead I was able to resume my normal activities while my services were performed. Great communication, great customer service. I highly recommend using this company!!!!

Nu Pro was prompt and professional. They made the whole process simple and fast. Is your rear view mirror attached to your windshield? No problem and no additional cost. City tax or other stickers on your windshield? No problem. They get transferred to the new glass without any sign of damage. Tyrone made everything as good as new for the price stated on the phone.

Got an insanely high quote from Safelite, so I called these guys and got a much better quote. They came out the next day (offered to come out same day) and had my window fixed and glass vacuumed up in about 10 minutes. The price on my quote was the price I paid, too. Excellent and fast service! After waiting 45 minutes in the well-advertised company in a tiny waiting area, the glass they ordered was defective and I had to reschedule. This is when I came across Leroy at NU Pro. He is fantastic, came on time, and did the job at my home in about 90 minutes. I will always go to them first. I highly recommend!

After someone broke into my car overnight, my State Farm agent connected me with Tyrone at Nu Pro to get the glass replaced. Tyrone was able to schedule AND complete the mobile replacement in less than 3 hours. He was so kind and accommodating, I would recommend Nu Pro to anyone who needs auto glass replacement!!
