My car needed it’s windshield replaced. Not only we’re they late, but they also left fingerprints all over my car and brand new windshield. I turn over my car to go to work, and I get a loud notification telling me that my ‘automatic wiper and automatic headlight sensor is defective’. So I contact them and ask them if they hooked everything up correctly. I get zero response. After a few more texts during the day, I ask if he can come fix what’s going on because this is a new issue. No response. I take my car down to my lovely mechanic and after an $170 diagnostic turns out the clips that hook up to windshield that control the automatic wiper and are indeed broken. I tried contacting this business again, and the only response I received was, ‘the part will be in Saturday’. Saturday comes around, Sunday, and Monday pass and still no call/text.
